  @BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!

  Feels like Jio is no longer competing with Airtel or VI, but with BSNL now. Extremely poor network quality, frequent call drops, and unreliable internet have made daily communication a headache. This level of service is simply unacceptable in 2026. @ViCustomerCare

  Today i was visit in sundarban west bengal there are all network operators provide good network and data connectivity except BSNL @BSNL_WB @BSNL_KOTD please upgrade network connectivity in this place which was UNESCO heritage area
