    @BSNLCorporate sorry to say but the unprofessional attitude being shown by #BSNL in rectifying the Fibre connection at #Jammu( which is down for last 1 week) makes me seriously think of switching over to @airtelindia or #Vodafone Very poor show then we wonder why PSUs disappoint

    With Jio, you can never talk to customer care — only a computer keeps saying “we will answer your questions.” For 3 years I’ve been complaining, but nothing has been solved. WiFi is always slow, calls don’t connect. Honestly, BSNL is far better than Jio. @reliancejio

    @BSNLCorporate Hello BSNL,Still struggling.. I called 1503 for SMS service problem resolution, I Got this number for Rajasthan prepaid Circle 9414024365. Customercare have only this available number. How could bsnl improve services when there data and no is not correct. Attaching
