@BSNLCorporate Today I got sms-yr complaint resolved! No one met or called & speed is still not 50 Mbps.Some basic issue of compromising on upload speeds is there. When I connect laptop on LAN, speeds are better & on WiFi it's significantly dropped. Means router given by BSNL has also issues

@BSNL_CG_Circle @BSNLCorporate Bsnl has opted private venders for fibre services. And they are giving single band modem to customer buying basic plan, because they everyone wants dual band for which they have to pay extra !!. Is #BSNL is also private ?

While @PMOIndia and other leaders promote digitization, @BSNL_KTK being a govt enterprise expects customers to visit BSNL office physically and give a hand written letter for disconnection of landline/internet service. why can't this be digitalized? #DigitalIndia @BSNLCorporate
