For secondary SIM, it's best with reasonable validity recharges. But now BSNL also increasing their tariffs. For net browsing you can go for Jio or Airtel (as per your convenience).

But having the issue of outgoing calls. Checked with the incoming calls, it's fine. But whenever I'm trying to call anyone, it's not connecting. Please check!

BSNL's Engineers have accepted there is issue in network and "will be resolved" yet nothing is done except false assurance. Now when I try to port out I don't even get UPC Code from them & @BSNLCorporate has gone blind.
