They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

They are felt lots of difficulties to live without network coverage even students are also suffered for their online classes. Poor service.

Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.

I'm happy that only premium customers are on Airtel which keeps the leeches off and keeps the network ultra fast. For all the cheap folks, go to Jio or BSNL.
