I have not yet heard from #BSNL even after this post. I have now 2 other phones which are not working after the 1 week lockdown and have open complaints for over 45 days. Am I in right to not pay the bills for the 2 months? @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

The only network in Our village is BSNL. That also we don't get if there is power cut. In 2019 we r still dreaming of Internet. Internet connection would be a solution to lot many of our villagers problems.Hoping to get response from you Dear Sir Modiji..@narendramodi

@rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

@BSNLCorporate @BharatFibreFTTH My landline no is 01334297035 haridwar. I have been bsnl customer since 1 yr. I have 200Mbps bharat fibre ftth plan. Since 1 week I am getting 10 Mbps speed. Bsnl phone kro to vendor ko bolo , vendor ko bolo to he said leave bsnl take our plan.

@BSNL_BR Airtel employee and jio employee speak , you bsnl worker make your own network worst , so that other private company get beniffited. check in some Bihar village area u don’t have mobile tower , but other private company tower present.bsnl employee love your country and your duty

@BSNLCorporate I think BSNL could not able to compete with private players who is dealing with 5G & BSNL still not having 4G . They are still having 3G technology. I have withdrawal my complaint after knowing truth. Govt should think to upgrade the BSNL.

A call from 9832056367 received on behalf of BSNL office for resolving complaint and sending link to feed few information incl UPI pin for collectng Rs.2/-network upgrading chg. Later amount debited from my bank with Txn ID: UPI/119317058526/RAMBHAU MARKO without using my UPI app
