@rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

The only network in Our village is BSNL. That also we don't get if there is power cut. In 2019 we r still dreaming of Internet. Internet connection would be a solution to lot many of our villagers problems.Hoping to get response from you Dear Sir Modiji..@narendramodi

My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate The worst self care portal of BSNL. Doesn't allow you to register. No wonder bsnl is on the verge of collapse.

Jio started 4G on 5september2016. 5 years gone BSNL still not yet started 4G throughout India. Day by day it is service quality gone down. Once upon time bsnl signal quality is good compare to private. After they not improve their signal quality. @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLGUJARATCM made complain regd recharge for 9429417218 for failed transaction 7 Oct, 21. SMS rec'd as under. Your payment of Rs.91.00 is successful on BSNL Portal. Ref Id:PGSM061021063460 Same still not received. Complaints raised so many time but closed without solution.

@narendramodi Pls!do not overlook the fact that every mobile subscriber is also a potential voter. BSNL is the poor man's Mobile internet operator. When you are depriving it of 4G services you are also annoying a large sections of people who realize that a pvt operator benefits.
