@CMDBSNL @ErosNow First BSNL should take pride in providing better service to its customers regarding calls and internet on mobiles. When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow Services provided by BSNL is worst compared other networks. Charges are maximum for minimum facilities. Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

Hmm !! Urs my humble request to the team and the department to follow the #4G services on the bsnl network Soon. It's fine and working good I guess dont know much more but not that much free as @JioCare let me see for the whole day.

Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

@bsindia @manchandamegha In the VRS document it was stated that the dues will be paid in 2 installments, one in 2019-20 and next in 2020-21. This will help the retirees to get tax benefits in 2 years. Now if they are giving as one instalment in 2020-21 then the tax outgoing will be higher. #BSNL #vrs

@BSNL_KL 1/2 using landlane connection from. Last 20 years from last few years service is very very poor.service and response from thrikkakkara bsnl is very bad. In a year only few months will get service incredible perfomance. We disconnected but again rw opened - received.-

After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

@BSNL_KL I received my BSNL Bill, but u had charged me installation fees. I had paid the instlln fees alrdy to agent. I had also filed a complaint on customer care num onn28 june. There is still no response. I tried calling local office. No body picks up phone in Aluva BSNL.

BSNL services in kerela is worst but all over India they are advertising with slogan of connecting India and connecting people. In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

@CMDBSNL will BSNL services in India improve and come to level of other private network like, Airtel, jio, vodafone. It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

@jagograhakjago Dear Sir, I am utpal dey, 8286357199 is my mobile no. Previously it was in Airtel network, on 31-10-2020 it was posted out from Airtel to bsnl. Around feb 2021 it was deactivated. I contacted with both service providers, but both of team blame to each other .

@BSNL_PB dear sir/mam i have an bsnl ubnt wireless wifi connection and since i had this connection i am very very depressed with it it never worked with the worth of my money i am paying a bill of 905 rs per month and i am getting 2 mbps max speed even my plan is of 15 mbps.

I enquired with my bank in Tuticorin ICICI bank. They are telling this is third complaint they are receiving today about BSNL. Then what about the country? Have some responsibility, accountability and some shame. Govt. employees are not above law.
