@BSNL_KL I received my BSNL Bill, but u had charged me installation fees. I had paid the instlln fees alrdy to agent. I had also filed a complaint on customer care num onn28 june. There is still no response. I tried calling local office. No body picks up phone in Aluva BSNL.

BSNL services in kerela is worst but all over India they are advertising with slogan of connecting India and connecting people. In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

@BSNLCorporate Hi Team I am getting reminder to pay bill. I tried reaching support as usual no response. I have not got any response from anyone even after complaining. I do not have any connection installed of bsnl on what basis I am being send bill.

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow Services provided by BSNL is worst compared other networks. Charges are maximum for minimum facilities. Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

@BSNL_KL 1/2 using landlane connection from. Last 20 years from last few years service is very very poor.service and response from thrikkakkara bsnl is very bad. In a year only few months will get service incredible perfomance. We disconnected but again rw opened - received.-

After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

@CMDBSNL will BSNL services in India improve and come to level of other private network like, Airtel, jio, vodafone. It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow First BSNL should take pride in providing better service to its customers regarding calls and internet on mobiles. When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

@bsindia @manchandamegha In the VRS document it was stated that the dues will be paid in 2 installments, one in 2019-20 and next in 2020-21. This will help the retirees to get tax benefits in 2 years. Now if they are giving as one instalment in 2020-21 then the tax outgoing will be higher. #BSNL #vrs

@BSNLCorporate Around 10 thousands population of my village out of which around 5 to 6 thousands are using various networks. If you rectify your network, then I can assure you that I can add at least 30% people to Bsnl network because of your budget plan that provides efficient data and caling

@JioCare Extremely disappointed how service to new connection is being handled by Jio. V hv bn waiting fr more than 24hrs to get connection fixed by a private service provider. BSNL gave us better service. They fixed evn broken cables within 2hrs. I wl nvr refer JioFibre to any my friends

Even who gave athority to relince in 2004 and crash down bsnl ? Even contract farming or saling is completely depend on farmers choice where ever they want to sale , koe jabardasti nahi hai
