    @BSNL_KL I received my BSNL Bill, but u had charged me installation fees. I had paid the instlln fees alrdy to agent. I had also filed a complaint on customer care num onn28 june. There is still no response. I tried calling local office. No body picks up phone in Aluva BSNL.

    After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

    Hmm !! Urs my humble request to the team and the department to follow the #4G services on the bsnl network Soon. It's fine and working good I guess dont know much more but not that much free as @JioCare let me see for the whole day.

    @CMDBSNL @ErosNow First BSNL should take pride in providing better service to its customers regarding calls and internet on mobiles. When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    BSNL services in kerela is worst but all over India they are advertising with slogan of connecting India and connecting people. In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

    @BSNL_KL 1/2 using landlane connection from. Last 20 years from last few years service is very very poor.service and response from thrikkakkara bsnl is very bad. In a year only few months will get service incredible perfomance. We disconnected but again rw opened - received.-

    @CMDBSNL @ErosNow Services provided by BSNL is worst compared other networks. Charges are maximum for minimum facilities. Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

    @bsindia @manchandamegha In the VRS document it was stated that the dues will be paid in 2 installments, one in 2019-20 and next in 2020-21. This will help the retirees to get tax benefits in 2 years. Now if they are giving as one instalment in 2020-21 then the tax outgoing will be higher. #BSNL #vrs

    @CMDBSNL will BSNL services in India improve and come to level of other private network like, Airtel, jio, vodafone. It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

    @George53419980 @Nameis_Vishal @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL I had unable to check the speed as the 4G service is not started with bsnl in my city hope that it will be launching next month so will be only using the service and would check.

    @BSNLCorporate Other company give 5G network but BSNl not provide 3G network proper.. 200+ complaint note down but not resolved problem this is service @BSNL_GJ . When no electricity than BSNL network not available.. Very bad service provide by @BSNL_GJ

    @lil_oosey @RealMaxtern some correction Bsnl has best 3G network and you know halat of bsnl 4g VI has U/L in night but faced speed limit to 20mbps in night

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate. I recharged international roaming for my bsnl no.9492055891 with plans ₹167 in India & ₹279 after reaching Singapore through bsnl self care app. But either plans not been activated the roaming & now no network. Please kindly activate international roaming.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Namaskar sir, In our area bsnl network is very poor, range problem, on call opposite person can't listen what I am talking on phone, not getting internet on phone. Pl solve these technical problems. Location - daake chawk, sukhsagar nagar-1, katraj, Pune.

    @BSNLCorporate In our area there's a technical problem of bsnl tower due to which mobile range not getting inside house. I had logged complaints many times on 1503 but no one attended. Pl solve range problem. Area- daake Chawk, sukhsagar nagar-1,Pune.
