@BSNLCorporate @pss2597 Please upgrade faster as private network as I am using bsnl from the day cellular service is started, most of the bsnl employees are opting the other network sim as they give better

@BSNLCorporate What do I say?Your customer service call center is too fantastic that they cannot even speak anything beyond what their IVR says..Welcome to Bsnl mobile customer care..And when u try to connect them through other departments they are so rude n abrupt in disconnecting the call

@BSNLCorporate one of my biggest mistake was to buy a BSNL SIM, and being a loyal customer was even bigger mistake. I didn't know you guys don't even listen to a customer for more than 3 months straight. i can't receive any msgs on my SIM. #BSNL_the_worst_service_provider
