Gopal Kore (@GopalKore) reported@BaluGorade I actually switched to BSNL few months ago. I decided to get 107 FR. BSNL lady stared at me and said only 350 recharge can be done. I'm like see, it's right here. She be like: IDGAF. After waiting for eternity, I did port to BSNL only to go back to Jio later due to poor network.

I am based out of Bangalore Kengeri, the JE and the staff here are pathetic with frequent network drops. Giving 5G sim when 4G itself don't work properly. I need a refund from your service cause it sucks.
