@jaganmsna @rajbhagatt @sundarmail BSNL have already lost their game. Major TT Exchange like one at 632401 and major other places are now closed and place is leased down Also, They subcontract end connections from exchange and only come to picture for Billing

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @BSNL_TN i have fiber connection. My LL no 04257299260. Last week my connection was interrupted n booked compliant and got resolved. Local cable operator asked to pay the service charge of Rs.600. Kindly clarify whether bsnl charges service charge?

Back in 2011, me and my sister got BSNL SIM via Pyari Jodi offer (Yea, there were two landlines). In the course of time, she ported hers Idea (now Vi) in search of better service (now we know how that one went, huh). But I couldn't port it, no matter how much people told me to.

Below is the reply from appellate. "Most of the customers are using alternative data connection like Wi-Fi, other network data in same handset and hence the link helps customer to recharge their number easily." It says other network not jio. Does tht mean airtel or idea or bsnl?
