    BSNL got disconnected again during live market hours while holding stock positions on Kite. No internet, no TV, no way to square-off positions. Traders can lose lakhs because of unstable connections. Had no choice, so we immediately booked Airtel ₹599 basic plan as backup.

    I have shut down my Jio sim and if you can port then please port it to BSNL. Until they do not start bleeding customers nothing will change.

    BSNL closed my complaint docket without providing any actual resolution. Mobile data service is still unusable, and I am forced to post this using another network while already paying BSNL in advance for data services. Complaint No.: E1423150247339

    @bsnl_care No improvement in BSNL prepaid data service even after repeated complaints. Complaint docket was closed without resolving the issue, while customers continue paying in advance for unusable data services.
