@BSNLCorporate I upgraded my wifi fiber plan from 60mbps to 200mbps but i am barley getting any speed above 30-40mbps.i booked complaint 3 time and got a call from bsnl office.he told me to downgrade the plan as we wont able to provide speed above 20mbps.

@rsprasad @BSNLCorporate My BSNL internet not working properly. The speed is very low. I am trying to contact to bsnl office but no one attending the call. I am getting this issue repeatedly. Its feel very bad service. Please kindly look into this matter.

I am unable to login to billdesk, @billdesk to check my bill payments. Customer care at billdesk is inaccessible. My BSNL bills of last month are unpaid by billdesk. Please request you to provide access to my account and I wish to disassociate my payments from billdesk.
