  @BsnlCmd BSNL services Becoming WORST in HYDERABAD, Telangana due to BAD performance of staff. No drinking water/ Toilets at customer service centres particularly in MUSHEERABAD BSNL exchange. Customer care Staff NOT ATTENDING DUTIES properly. So Kindly take action.

  @BSNLCorporate I don't know still this handle is working. A broad band complaint has been made on 20/01/21. No responce still. Is bsnl functional still except for payment reminder

  @BSNLCorporate The reality is here nothing have improved. 4 days ago your lineman came &we also provided labor to assist him. He worked entire day still problem haven't solved. But from next day to till today we are contacting BSNL lineman, staff.. Neither they responded nor problem has solved.

  @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @GoI_MeitY I am a new user of BSNL FTTH in Piro Bhojpur, but it is the worst I have ever used. Just the name of optical fiber, my airtel phone has better speed. The LCO/TIP charged 4500/- also. I went to BSNL , it's in the worst condition. Pls look .

  @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I am using bsnl prepaid sim card, currently I am in abroad (Nigeria), I am not getting any signal on my phone. Could you please tell why there is no signal atleast to receive sms or OTP. All my important transaction are stopped due to no signal.

  Unable to send SMS(Text Message) from my number from past 4 to 5 days. Tried contacting customer care every day 2-3 times but no help. My SMS centre no. Is also correct. Poor service by BSNL the reason why people are switching to private. @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @rsprasad

  @BSNLCorporate Why bsnl is pathetic? Why user do not get services on time. It has been more then 3 days and still BSNL has not restored FTTH service. Either don't provide the service or do it properly. @PMOIndia Modi ji bech dijiye is bsnl ko, nhi h naye bharat k layak.
