    @BSNL_KOTD I have recharged for my BSNL number for plan renewal through online.When I try to make a call, it says your plan got expired.. I called customer care but no response.. Would you want me to come to your office in this pendemic. Its very horrible without phone..

    @prashant1_k Govt is not selling any organization which is not working well. As there are no takers. example - Air India, BSNL. Govt intends to sell those which are making huge profit, to benefit some pvt entities. example - bpcl. Correct your facts.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Don't tell people are preferring Private networks. It's been 3 days I paid the entire amount to BSNL and my account got activated. But yet to get the installation done! Service may or may not come, but the monthly bill will! #poorcustomerservice #BSNL

    @sandeep_PT Only stupids think like this. BSNL is worst telcom co. in india. Theh dont care custemers, alway think as they are owners and customers are beggers. I have very bad experince with them when I subscribe broadband plan from them. Connection was down for days no one attend.

    @sandeep_PT Hey, it's definitely not private companies who destroyed BSNL but so called government employees who destroyed it. I remember waiting in the queues, no proper service, if the tower stops working we had to wait like a or a month. Carelessness!

    @sandeep_PT I have a BSNL connection which is down 15 days a month. Nobody listens nobody does anything. It should be handed over to some private company. Then at least they can be held accountable.

    @BSNLCorporate I'll file a complaint now to TRAI, consumer court and ministry of communications and IT. It's a pity that your staff is not working towards your betterment and for customer as well as..... Now I have known why the people leave BSNL connection.

    @sandeep_PT Yes. OTOH BSNL employees now only realising this. Had they been allowed to have a bigger say, service would have been pathetic. So, while heart says BSNL, it is wise to have others doing major service & BSNL funded by govt(tax payer) can win in rural areas where gaints r absent

    @sandeep_PT When BSNL was the only company, your company my company, people used to get telephone connections in years. For any complaints my company your company attitude used to resolve issues in months & year. Given BSNL only company not sure if it could have launched 5G another 10 years.

    @sandeep_PT Same way BSNL took Mobile phone in the hands of poor. If BSNL was there then we would have been asking Local MLA or Ward Parshad for connection.

    @sandeep_PT BSNL was one of the worst networks I ever paid for. I don't understand what people liked so much about it. Charging less money for bad service isn't called good quality
