@BSNL_KOTD I have recharged for my BSNL number for plan renewal through online.When I try to make a call, it says your plan got expired.. I called customer care but no response.. Would you want me to come to your office in this pendemic. Its very horrible without phone..

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Don't tell people are preferring Private networks. It's been 3 days I paid the entire amount to BSNL and my account got activated. But yet to get the installation done! Service may or may not come, but the monthly bill will! #poorcustomerservice #BSNL

@prashant1_k Govt is not selling any organization which is not working well. As there are no takers. example - Air India, BSNL. Govt intends to sell those which are making huge profit, to benefit some pvt entities. example - bpcl. Correct your facts.

@BSNLCorporate They are not responding. They say we cant refund this much. If service wire itself cut since last 7 months.... how cant you refund for all those 7 months.? Ask my local bsnl telephone exchange people about my concern & confirm if i am wrong.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, we recd only 50% dues from BSNL. "May-3:ours is a housing society in Kolkata of retired employees of MECON LIMITED, a PSU. BSNL is our tenant having a telephone exchange in our premises. A huge sum of ₹25/26 lakh is pending as dues. Kindly help us. Regards.

@BSNL_RJ @bsnlrajasthan Very poor service from BSNL since last two months. Daily internet is down at least for 3-4 hours during working time. At home as well as at office. Again BSNL has proved that it can not be trusted. Now we need to have backup plan. @consumerforum_

The contractor demanding to pay for cost of cable.He bluntly said if amount for cable is not paid,he won't rectify the problem. from sep6th till now fault not rectified. BSNL officials are helpless.

@p_nikumar No pay revision for BSNL and MTNL working staff and their pensioners since 2017. Pension is paying by central government but no pension revision done by Sri Modi government . Fist solve our issue then talk about other employees. Keep your house in order then talk about others

I have a 100 Mbps BSNL FTTH plan. For the past 25 days, I've been getting extremely low internet speeds. I'm even unable to browse websites from my mobile phone. Local ISP & customer care ain't doing a thing. Pathetic Service!!! @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK
