    Why BSNL is not providing 24x7 tech/ internet support to valued customers like Pvt. Company n they are maintaining their standards and giving assurance time to resolve any issue in 24 or 48 hr @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @airtelindia @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @Freecharge my BSNL Recharge, which i did on 28th is still showing under process. Please look into this.. no one replied on my support request yet. Either process it refund amount immediately

    @bsnl_tt My BSNL land line frequently going out of order. I donot know, I have given so many times copmplint , they are attending, Next day again same problem arising. No permant solution for this problem?

    @TRAI BSNL IS OFTEN BLAMING GOVERNMENT FOR ITS BANKRUPTCY. IT IS TOTALLY BLAME GAME. IT'S UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ACTUAL REASON BEHIND IT'S WORSENING CONDITION ACROSS THE COUNTRY. @BSNLCorporate

    Really bad service at ambala, haryana bsnl internet.... I have complaint many time but solutions is temporary not permanent... Whenever electricity cut down internet also got down spoke with bsnl they told me we don't have backup for electricity cut.....why??????

    @BSNLCorporate The same you had said last time also when I had complained. Whenever I complained on Twitter abt the problem, internet work good. But after some hours it shuts again. I think there is human problem in our area bsnl office. Like me there are 1000s of people facing same problem.

    @sardesairajdeep @RahulGandhi mobile providers are more interested in cities where they get more income per person. Only PSU companies like BSNL can help. But BSNL subscribers it’s drastically reducing every day as Govt is not much keen to revive BSNL. Even in cities BSNL notable to give good indoor coverage

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad I am a big supporter of Modi government but it is very disappointing Ravi Shankar Sir. Very bad service by BSNL. I always listen you that it has been changed and ready for new era but actually it is not.
