    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR I just logged in to my BSNL LL account in selfcare portal there I can see my profile email Id information is wrongly updated at the time of new connection. Pls help me to correct/update those details. #BSNL #SONEPUR

    @BSNL_CHTD @AshwiniVaishnaw Day 9 with no internet, no call back from BSNL Chennai. Unable to log the complaint as your system does not allow old fibre optic connections complaints. Paid annual rent in advance but am getting zero service.

    Guys Don't install jio fiber connection it is the worst connection ever even BSNL is better than Jio Fiber. Every day I am getting issues in Jio Fiber None of the day it work fine. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir, As per field information,your issue was already resolved.The temporary fault was due to cable damage by different agencies during developmental works. BSNL is in the process of establishing alternate paths to minimize fault time. Thanks and Regards
