    Disappointed service by BOLANGIR circle BSNL 4G SERVICE,The 4G service has been available from last 3-4 years but they frequently disruption.few days back I have recharge 3 months plan but it's not working properly, kindly look into this matter!!! @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia

    @bsnlteleservice I am visiting USA for 6 months period.I am having BSNL prepaid sim here. I want to have international roaming facilities only to receive SMS service and incoming calls what I have to do.

    @BSNL_GJ There is a BSNL toll free no. 18003451500 for complaints. But whom to complain if the toll free no. itself is not working or no one responds on it. And if complaint is taken, a text message follows that complaint is resolved . Strange are the ways of BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate You keep on responding with the same old message but don't chase accounts guys to enforce payment to my bank account? If you are not serious about customers' refunds - do whatever you want with my money - I will treat it as my donation to poor BSNL and write it off @DoT_India
