    Why BSNL is not providing 24x7 tech/ internet support to valued customers like Pvt. Company n they are maintaining their standards and giving assurance time to resolve any issue in 24 or 48 hr @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @airtelindia @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @BSNLCorporate Hi BSNL Team, My BSNL broadband is down since 26th Apr, there is no update from the customer care. Can you please look into this. It's really difficult to work via mobile hotspot.

    @BSNLCorporate My problem still exists. Local BSNL vendor responsible for laying of Fibre cable in my area refused me the connection when I didn't bear the 250 meter Fibre cable cost. DM you the details.

    @BSNLCorporate Condition remains the same, even after 2 weeks. Numerous support calls and complaints ignored. Guess it's time to finally say goodbye to BSNL after being it's loyal customers for more then 25 years.

    @bsnlrajasthan I have bsnl broadband connection for last 15 years but now it's giving a maximum speed of 2Mbps which is very worst 😞😞

    @BSNL_KOTD dear team I have recharged with rs. 94 my bsnl no. 9477372447, but all benifit of 94 pack not received. Callertune service not activated. But in offer details it is mentioned that callertune service will be available for 60 days. Kindly do the needful.

    @BSNLCorporate @GovindG80396388 BSNL willnever start 4G BSNL is going to Shut down Soon First reason is there employee including officer not working properly Most of time they come to office after 12 or not come if work is managed by vendors Many of them aren't trained to profile They don't take responsibility
