    Why BSNL is not providing 24x7 tech/ internet support to valued customers like Pvt. Company n they are maintaining their standards and giving assurance time to resolve any issue in 24 or 48 hr @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @airtelindia @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @BSNLCorporate I am having BSNL Fibre Connection having No. 7342990966 since inception the services of BSNL is very very poor, whenever we call to raise complaint very rough response from them. I think no body from bottom to top in BSNL is interested in improving their services.

    @BSNLCorporate With due respect I have to inform bsnl india that I have successfully changed bsnl landline to airtel broadband.....because MSO borikina told us to change the landline from bsnl to other....and direct decline to give any solution

    @DoT_India Please resolve mobile tower issues of Kharupetia-784115, BSNL. We made enough complain for resolving 4g network issues at Kharupetia, Darrang, Assam to SDO Kharupetia Telecom BSNL for 1 year but without any result. Please, intervene and provide 4g BSNL Access.

    @CSCegov_ unable to get proper help regarding wallet deduction of rs 153 as a recharge of bsnl mobile no:- 7398362629, CSC transation Reference:- 2281100026773136, was successsful but customers mobile did not receive any recharge, bsnl helpline confirmed recharge not done.
