Why BSNL is not providing 24x7 tech/ internet support to valued customers like Pvt. Company n they are maintaining their standards and giving assurance time to resolve any issue in 24 or 48 hr @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @airtelindia @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

@23_rahulr The whole point of putting airtel or BSNL down has been for the same ( as speculated ) this happened with aircel too at some point. We r heading towards corpomonopoly and privatisation spree I think.

@HingeNivrutti Had I asked for private fiber service everything would have been done at my doorstep with utmost respect to the consumer. Now tell me why would someone choose BSNL with that attitude ?

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle Team May i know the status of the Request,I have given complaint to 198 as well which was closed with out providing resolution and at least no information to us. That is the only reason i have mntd do pvtisation of BSNL so that atleast we will get proper solution and intimation

@BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate paid my bsnl fibre bill on 7/7/2021. It's still showing unbilled in status.tried calling BSNL exchange office pulwama 100 times, no one responded. I visited bsnloffice shopian. They're just lost in their own fun.Please help me out. 01933292694 #bsnlfiber

@BSNLCorporate To, bsnl corporate this is regarding my deposit is pending. i have surrendered line on 18-08-2020. and the amt 902/- is still pending. my landline number was 044-28331947 AND CUSTOMER ID WAS 4023534682 AND BILLING ID WAS 9037623787. KINDLY REFUND MY DEPOSIT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

@BSNLCorporate Pathetic attitude by #BSNL Annual Plans are imposed without customer consent and bill is shared , just one week before due date. Giving no scope for cancellation or Modification. This has been happening for past 3 years. We are stuck with such rubbish org.
