@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR I just logged in to my BSNL LL account in selfcare portal there I can see my profile email Id information is wrongly updated at the time of new connection. Pls help me to correct/update those details. #BSNL #SONEPUR

3. I contacted customer care. They said the number is not activated. I contacted GM of Guwahati A k Pankaj. He said he already retired. Then mailed appellate officers including CEO. No response from them too.... @BSNLCorporate #BSNL Blaming government won’t resolve this issues👎

@bsnl_tt requested for new BB connection. Bsnl person Shravan wasting time. Neither providing connection nor saying it can be done. Very bad customer service

Please take the cancellation request and proceed to cancel the connection. Will no longer require your low standard service the world is better without bsnl broadband

@JayKayastha @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate Same thing happened to me... whenever I asked employee of bsnl regarding status of my Complaint,they cut my phone also....this is very bad for customer of BSNL...due to this type of working culture at BSNL , customer suffered most of time alot

@IM_Devang @BansiDharGupta2 @timesofindia Govt school were not led down in 1 day..bsnl wasn’t NPA in one day..govt will create scenarios to derail the mandi system..it won’t be all of the sudden in 1 day..it will be done in 3-4 yrs where they will pay more than MsP even but after that it wud be monopoly
