    Why BSNL is not providing 24x7 tech/ internet support to valued customers like Pvt. Company n they are maintaining their standards and giving assurance time to resolve any issue in 24 or 48 hr @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @airtelindia @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @BSNL_TN when calling 3g internet disconnect is one of the significant issues in Tiruppur and in many districts in Tamilnadu. I have asked about this at the BSNL office in Tiruppur, but they don't know about that. in Coimbatore and in Chennai there's no disconnection while calling in 3g.

    Or sometimes even before my mother could pick up the phone. First, many people told that it might be a sim problem, so we changed the sim from 3G to 4G, but still the problem existed. Sometime later, we ported from BSNL to Jio, but the problem still existed.

    @TRAI plz take some actions @BSNLCorporate .. No customer support from last 7 days.. My bsnl network if down from last week and yet not a single action taken from my operator.

    @BSNLCorporate i 07882998185 am fed up with bsnl fiber service..every second day there is no internet...no proper action is being taken by bsnl.unhappy customer...i am just waiting for @reliancejio to come in my area

    @CMDBSNL Sir with all due respect, I have full of #frustration with #BSNL service. I applied for BSNL fiber 4 month ago for the free router with 6-month offer, and from that time agent still saying that I will not give a fiber connection as still have not received my refund (1/2)

    We have two #BSNL landline phones and both of these are not working since last many days. Tried raising complaint through the app but is closed without solution. Should I apply for disconnection for both phones if @BSNLCorporate is not able to address the issue?
