@BSNLCorporate Check DM, shared video of how officers don't receive call back regarding pending issue for which you have replied. Check yourself, call that number and see whether your call is received. Bsnl self care portal profile default number is to be changed. They just don't understand

Switched to @airtelindia from @reliancejio for better 4g service now I can say if Jio was slow than airtel is slowest. #Poor4G service by leading providers is opportunity for @BSNLCorporate but it seems indifferent to this. Hope BSNL revive itself with growing demand from market

BSNL —- It has been 5-6 month since my telephone is dead.multiple complaints made. Paid bill regularly.This is so pathetic, BSNL IS LEAST bother about their customers. Giving you the last ultimatum to fix my landline 079-25434165 ASAP, otherwise you will find legal consequences.
