The only network in Our village is BSNL. That also we don't get if there is power cut. In 2019 we r still dreaming of Internet. Internet connection would be a solution to lot many of our villagers problems.Hoping to get response from you Dear Sir Modiji..@narendramodi

@PMOIndia In digital India there is no mobile network coverage even BSNL also in a place almost 300 families are residing there. They are felt lots of difficulties to live without network coverage even students are also suffered for their online classes. Poor service.

@rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

I have been trying to get internet connection of @BSNL_KTK for my grandparents in Vitla,Dakshina Karnataka. Under the Central government initiative of @_DigitalIndia after several visits to BSNL office in Vitla & continuously follow up with Jr.Eng. Jayaprasad. No help & service.

I have not yet heard from #BSNL even after this post. I have now 2 other phones which are not working after the 1 week lockdown and have open complaints for over 45 days. Am I in right to not pay the bills for the 2 months? @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

@Sychotix @marinebharat As of now Jio has kept the rates down BSNL is not even in game most places they dont even have 4G service and now with 5G roll out happening most of BSNL network will be 2 generation behind market 10% market share is mostly govt business they dont impact market

@AditiIndiaFirst @thekaipullai BSNL has probably the best infrastructure in rural India. But like any Govt run organisation, it is terribly managed. Ideally they should sell off the infrastructure and the assets to private operators at an auction.. The only win win solution..!

Allot 5G if the plan for revival is serious. Some Bsnl business is being diluted and given to incompetent power grid corporation.

@SwaRajYogiRaj @gauravcsawant Telecommunications is important infrustructure in emergency & war time. Government can't depend on private companies for telecomm service & infrustructure. BSNL was a profit making company till 2008 damaged by corruption & nepotism by previous government.

@hailhydra_01 both bb & fibre have been outsourced. i never had issues with bb service, worst case scenario bsnl guy was at my door. fibre depends on the area vendor & mine is crappy. But overall i am very happy with BSNL. DGM, regional heads all accessible by phone and they respond.
