They are felt lots of difficulties to live without network coverage even students are also suffered for their online classes. Poor service.

They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network. If we raise comp, @BSNLCorporate fellows close it w/o rectifying the prob. They just want salary w/o hard work.💦
