@rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

I have not yet heard from #BSNL even after this post. I have now 2 other phones which are not working after the 1 week lockdown and have open complaints for over 45 days. Am I in right to not pay the bills for the 2 months? @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

The only network in Our village is BSNL. That also we don't get if there is power cut. In 2019 we r still dreaming of Internet. Internet connection would be a solution to lot many of our villagers problems.Hoping to get response from you Dear Sir Modiji..@narendramodi

@BSNL_GJ In our village, the @BSNL_GJ @bsnl_care network is down three to four times a day, for two to three hours in the morning, afternoon and evening. What could be the reason?Vodafone's network is continuously available, so what will be BSNL's program? Even Vi tower not available.

To buy a bsnl or mtnl sim you have to Google or worse go to their office which is closed on weekends and at the same time others company store are near your home and open 7 days

@bsnl_care @JM_Scindia @CMDBSNL Poor indoor coverage at NCCS Pune, SPPU campus. Jio/Airtel/Vi use small BTS for better signal. Please consider similar upgrades for BSNL users. Thank you. I don't know what the hell you are doing. No improvement in the network at all. #BSNLSucks.

@ScindiaG Dear Sir BSNL mobile service in our city with pin code 144409 is marvelous. When light is off the mobile signal also off. Already complaint to BSNL punjab registred under Docket Number- J131266792312. They closed the docked without solution. Kindly resolve this.

@ScindiaG Dear Sir BSNL service is very poor no connectivity even in Air Port Delhi parking side no signal. The parent company of all telecom companies is survive for its survival. It is the worst period of BSNL. May be Achhe Din A jaan when people aware.
