    @BSNL_KTK Good Day BSNL Mangalore Team.. My Business No 0824 2953722 With Internet Connection out off order since 2 Months.All Payment R updated try to connect Customer care but no Response till today, I think BSNL no need Business.Very much disappointed,Need to update BSNL.

    My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

    I have been trying to get internet connection of @BSNL_KTK for my grandparents in Vitla,Dakshina Karnataka. Under the Central government initiative of @_DigitalIndia after several visits to BSNL office in Vitla & continuously follow up with Jr.Eng. Jayaprasad. No help & service.

    @rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

    I have not yet heard from #BSNL even after this post. I have now 2 other phones which are not working after the 1 week lockdown and have open complaints for over 45 days. Am I in right to not pay the bills for the 2 months? @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

    @PMOIndia In digital India there is no mobile network coverage even BSNL also in a place almost 300 families are residing there. They are felt lots of difficulties to live without network coverage even students are also suffered for their online classes. Poor service.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate The worst self care portal of BSNL. Doesn't allow you to register. No wonder bsnl is on the verge of collapse.

    The only network in Our village is BSNL. That also we don't get if there is power cut. In 2019 we r still dreaming of Internet. Internet connection would be a solution to lot many of our villagers problems.Hoping to get response from you Dear Sir Modiji..@narendramodi

    @aravind Yeah, the sabotage of BSNL by poaching its engineers by private players was real. BSNL not getting 3G or 4G while all other private players got it definitely slowed down its growth/expansion plans. BSNL's towers paved the way for growth of private players is unquestionable. BSNL could bring much more than starlink too if only the government had the will!

    @aigetoachq @Money9Live Exactly .. What is the fault of the hardworking employees then ? BSNL is not able to make profits. They can implement whatever the senior authority is providing. Like if the network is poor,then it needs to provide 4G proper and good 5G with muh more towers as compd to its compe

    @manujosephsan @airtelindia One of the worst service provider right now. Since indian people have a very limited choice these thieves are taking full advantage of it. Switching to BSNL is a good option.

    I use BSNL for my personal number linked with various online portals. The best thing is, I don't receive any tele-marketing calls any day, because at my home and office, BSNL network is always "not reachable". But today I got harassed very much, I wanted to book an online appointment and needed OTP for verification. I walked 20-30 mtrs in this scorching heat outside my office just to be in the network area and get the OTP . and ended up wasting atleast 1 hour. I use BSNL for 2 reasons, one is to avoid telemarketers and 2nd is Patriotism (to help country's in-debt asset). Many times I think- Wish I were in USA, atleast I could sue the companies for harassing me. Pro-tip: Never use BSNL for personal number linked with Adhar.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 VoWiFi is enabled but still not working, has the tech been tested working in BSNL before launch or its just another Joomla? VoWiFi doesn't work in iPhone for which it was launched 1st. I think we Indians are used as guinea pigs who keep doing recharges so that BSNL can do testing
