Here in karnataka udupi district employees are arrogant don't even work,that's why bsnl lost more than 90% village and city area.Need some strict policy to give better service.

Now if u know cables disconnected then customer should wait for how many days to fix?

India Post (@IndiaPostOffice) reported@thanikapriya91 Sir/Madam, It is kindly informed that the network connectivity was down at Arakkonam HO since morning on 08.04.2026. The issue was escalated and BSNL officials worked on its rectification by replacing the torn cables through out the day after which the connectivity resumed at early morning on 09.04.2026. Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted. Assuring you of best service always.
