    My BSNL FTTH internet connection was disrupted on Diwali day. In spite of the holiday, Manipal BSNL SDE Sri Mahendra Shet came with Sri Hasanabba Idli to check on it. The problem was rectified soon too. Thank you! @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #Manipal #Udupi #WorkEthic

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw There is no internet in my broadband since Aug 23.If i complaints it goes higher authorities and need 24 hours to resolve but end of the day there is no solution,bsnl technicians nt even contact me since 23 of Aug.Disgusting0820-2547127

    @BSNLCorporate already moved to Airtel.. BSNL must understand that once customer goes out of campus never come back in this competitive world

    Sir please ask BSNL Manipal, Udupi District Karnataka state SD to Correct my land line which is under repair for more than a week. I am tired of giving online complaint, which will be resolved without doing anything.

    @BSNLCorporate Road widening work is inprogress since month.When you know there is road widening work then bsnl worker/any higher authorities should overview cables during digging proceess why such carless? Now if u know cables disconnected then customer should wait for how many days to fix?

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate ...frequent disconnection problem again repeating after several complaints...it looks like bsnl doesn't need customer...but surprisingly I noticed that i have purchased 10mbbs plan but bsnl providing 1/4 only .I dnt knw reason behind it..Numb.0820-2547127

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate My number is 0820-2547127 broadband is not working since last Saturday...each time when i do complaints they fix temporary it last for next 4 to 5 hours then again same condition as its earlier completely dead..why don't bsnl provide better service?

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care Went for Aadhaar update to 27th Main Road, Sector 1, HSR Layout, Bengaluru enrollment centre. Staff there named Bharath was rude and uncooperative. He told me to go to Bangalore One centre for update. This is the attitude bsnl staffer shows. Disgusting!!

    @NalinisKitchen i bought 3 new sims of bsnl even after slightly bad connectivity .. i will slowly migrate all my data to new sim , and close old one .. i will leave only one jio and vi .. rest all will be closed ..

    @aigetoachq @GSAIGETOA I request u to please kindly raise my issues through ur handles bcause BSNL top management has deployed the antennas in wrong place with no height & not covering SHYAMLA hills area a campus with 500+ student's but BSNL not deploying 4G 🚨

    @MeghUpdates People should yearn to own/ use a service that they can afford. Use BSNL.if you can't afford Airtel.or Jio. Private businesses need to remain profitable. They are not a charitable NGO. Don't expect a BMW at the price of a Alto.

    @RoastKaRaja @NalinisKitchen @TRAI Ha bhai, BSNL ne ₹198 plan badla hai—pehle 2GB/day 40 days (total ~80GB + slow unlimited), ab fixed 40GB for 30 days without calls/SMS. TRAI operators ko flexibility deta hai plans mein changes ke liye, but consumer protection ke liye monitor karta hai aur intervene kar sakta hai, jaise recently Jio/Airtel se entry-level plans remove karne pe poocha. Official site check kar lo latest ke liye!

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @CMDBSNL Please concentrate on quality of service, we are getting frequent interruptions in Bharat Fiber and from two days we are not getting internet at all, no service , waste of time. The quality of Bsnl services were decreasing day by day. Check DM.
