@BSNLCorporate I want to change my BSNL fiber plan. Interestingly, if u opt for upgrade plan, u can do it online. However, if want to downgrade the plan, u need to visit BSNL office. What kind of logic it is? Will u call it customer-centric? Kindly look @Officejmscindia .

We the BSNL customers of this area are facing network issues at Midnight till morning. Your so called indigenous technology 4G tower is installed nearby and working only from morning to 11pm. After that, your network signal collapses constantly.

@Chart_Wallah108 Tejas network developed 4G technology independently and got a very big order from BSNL. I once hear a talk from its CTO on how they did it, inspirational. Now they are in process of developing 5G network. its a good hold, but hold too much as telecommunication field is cut throat
