BSNL later claimed overestimation. - PSBs wrote off ₹12.08L cr in loans (FY16-FY25), but write-offs are accounting measures; recovery efforts continue. - GST on sanitizers was reduced from 18% to 5% (June-Sep 2021) during Covid; not fully removed.

@TrakinTech BSNL is like a car with powerful engine and loads of features but without wheels. They desperately need to focus on improving their network and customer service. I complaint about their network but no response from them. I hope @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care is listening.

New @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence scam in town. Pay 400/500 per month for so called Unlimited 5G and find out 50% of your data has been exhausted. I am porting to BSNL now, tired of your scummy practices. You just lost a 20 year old customer.

@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial I Visited Sanchar Haat Dilshad Garden for MTNL/BSNL 4G Sim Card. But there's No staff available. Other section staff told me that concerned staff come late everyday. So that we cannot purchase BSNL/MTNL 4G Sim cards. Kindly resolve the problem.
