    BSNL sold me 200Mbps broadband after 1yr advance payment. Recently tried WFH for 2wks, but speed only 25-36Mbps. Contacted franchise; they suggest changing modem. Called BSNL, no support. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLKERALA @CustomerBsnl

    BSNL makes this even more telling. Among India's top 30 PSUs by turnover, crossing ₹21,000 crore in FY24, it has always been a Category I Miniratna because it lacks consistent profitability. And despite years of underperformance, it has never been downgraded.

    @Kiranhyd @Fintech03 The system itself was faulty and then lazy Babus. We had to wait for 2 years for BSNL landline during 96-98. Then it was always dead for 15 days a month. Lineman used to charge 50-100 those days itself to fix on official complaint. That's why everything should be privatized.
