    @TRAI company increase her plans & I complain for network in last 5year I talk her network team I meet & provide a letter I try everything but @BSNLCorporate network is not improve in my location bsnl network is not available not 2g network & Indian go for 5g seriously

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate can i cancel or surrender my connection online. COVID cases are high in my city (Udaipur,Rajasthan) and near by BSNL office is in micro containment zone.if not then pls do put a provision for online cancellation or surrender.

    BSNL worst telecom services in India . If there Employee’s don’t get paid it’s because of them only . If you won’t work and ask for money that’s is not employee that’s called as beggar . BSNL people don’t even bother about any customer . # BSNL Rajasthan

    @BSNLCorporate We are having two Connections in Udaipur City with No. 0294-2940321 and 0294-2940425.and Plan is 777 plus gst....It is quite poor on the part of BSNL That past two days inspite of lodging complain internet is not working. And no body is listening

    @BSNLCorporate I was with private internet company last month but considering good connectivity I switched to BSNL but that was my worst decision since you people dont deserve good customer....CA ROMIL JAIN. UDAIPUR 9929411361

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ I want mnp to bsnl but your office is closed Can you help me of open more center. Ask bsnl employee add 100 new connection see magic bsnl become gaint again. Allow sim delivery at door step I assure you get ur old customer again.

    Company increased here plans my problem is almost 5years I complain in @BSNLCorporate office in case I talk here network head & my area BSNL network is not 2g I can't attend calls @airtelindia show my area coverage is good but net. & calls not possible then why we pay more @TRAI

    @PMOIndia Your words in Brazilia will sound hollow if you can not save BSNL and other Telecom companies from the apparent doom ..giving VRS to thousands of employees can't be a solution as many thousand crores shall be wasted in giving them retirement benefits!

    @awibhadouria From Airtel end it's temporary issue once the signal gets back from Airtel then generate UPC & visit any nearest BSnL retailer or CSC they will Port In to @BSNLCorporate

    @athimoolamias @bombaywalainEU @drthomasisaac Yes like the crappy BSNL looting & exploiting common man with their ****** call & internet services at exorbitant pricing for plans and sloppy services. When there is a technical glitch they won't resolve it for weeks and loot customer for the period of no service as well.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Bsnl, I applied for complete closure of my account whether it was landline or broadband. But your office only closed bsnl broadband and not landline! I request you to help me and close my landline account too. My landline number is 01792294248

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @BSNLCorporate,I m trying to call frm my Airtel landline to BSNL landline fr last 2 days bt all I get is a msg saying "All th lines in ths route r busy".In this generation also, I get to hear this 20 year old msg which is surprising...Any solution with u ?

    @BSNLCorporate I'm at BSNL office, official is in meeting till 3 pm. Can't this be done remotely or I have to keep visiting the office till eternity. Please help and get the account closed 🙏🏽 I can't come to office everyday @AshwiniVaishnaw And please stop Billing :(

    @BSNL_KTK Worst service by bsnl in our village monthly or 2 monthly 3-4 times tower all bsnl phone service become collapse 2 or 3 days. patients and other workers who trusted this network how they survive.there is only network is bsnl.fully corrupted . we have to go 40+ km for call

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate no wonder bsnl is running in losses nd people r leaving the network. Each nd every day we r facing network issues at pincode 788724.but no one is here to help. Most of the time there is no network in the area.@TRAI must look into this deficiency in service
