@bsindia @manchandamegha In the VRS document it was stated that the dues will be paid in 2 installments, one in 2019-20 and next in 2020-21. This will help the retirees to get tax benefits in 2 years. Now if they are giving as one instalment in 2020-21 then the tax outgoing will be higher. #BSNL #vrs

Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

BSNL services in kerela is worst but all over India they are advertising with slogan of connecting India and connecting people. In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow Services provided by BSNL is worst compared other networks. Charges are maximum for minimum facilities. Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow First BSNL should take pride in providing better service to its customers regarding calls and internet on mobiles. When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

@CMDBSNL will BSNL services in India improve and come to level of other private network like, Airtel, jio, vodafone. It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

Hmm !! Urs my humble request to the team and the department to follow the #4G services on the bsnl network Soon. It's fine and working good I guess dont know much more but not that much free as @JioCare let me see for the whole day.

After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

@DoT_India Respected sir on 26th Dec2018 I again went to Bsnl Tripunitura to mention the issue. But the officer give me software complaints in our system. And he is not ready to solve my issue

@DoT_India Portout request. But Bsnl not allowing to go.i enquired the reason then I realised that bsnl forcefully signed me one agreement .the agreement states that I always continue bsnl network again.this is not done with my consent I am really cheated by Bsnl. I request you sir please

@BSNL_KL What the technicality involved in sending STV expiry message when all other TSPs are compiling with the same. Is BSNL a govt public utility service exempted from this ?

@BSNLCorporate The issue is your circle is restraining from reversing the total amount lost to main balance . Does BSNL refund for the daily unused data ?

@BSNL_KL Bsnl cheating all the customers staying this location very cruelly. There is already one existing 3g tower in Mulanthuruthy Pallithazam. And it is very near to 700mts my home .But Bsnl never ready to provide 3g signals from this tower. That is the exact reason for not getting

While having chit chat with him, I asked him, why is BSNL in loss when they are not that bad in providing services and he told me in very simple words its mainly because of the schemes of govt. Govt asked to connect 50000 villages with Bharat Fiber.

Its been raining all day here in Bhopal and the BSNL broadband uncle showed up on his cycle for installation of the BSNL broadband. Even Jio/ Airtel service provider would not have dared to come to install services in such time.

@CMDBSNL Sir, applied for broadband connection 15 days back, have not got the connection yet. Sent complain at all levels in BSNL including CMD complain but no action is taken, have only got excuses, hoping to get help and support from you. Thanks.

detached from basement and it may collapse anytime in this coming Monsoon. I request concerned authorities to take necessary action ASAP before the monsoon starts and prevent the accident to happen. We have already raised the above complaint at both Bidar and Bhalki BSNL offices

@BSNLCorporate @narendramodi @GoI_MeitY Its very shame ful. Bsnl can't activate the bsnl tunes. My bsnl tune deactivated by bsnl. Now bsnl is unable to activate the tune. Customer care cut the call between the chat. 9412231957.
