BSNL services in kerela is worst but all over India they are advertising with slogan of connecting India and connecting people. In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

@CMDBSNL will BSNL services in India improve and come to level of other private network like, Airtel, jio, vodafone. It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow Services provided by BSNL is worst compared other networks. Charges are maximum for minimum facilities. Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

Hmm !! Urs my humble request to the team and the department to follow the #4G services on the bsnl network Soon. It's fine and working good I guess dont know much more but not that much free as @JioCare let me see for the whole day.

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow First BSNL should take pride in providing better service to its customers regarding calls and internet on mobiles. When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

Local BSNL office JE spoke to the contractor and since he didn’t receive favourable reply, he is asking us to go with another service provider, definitely it not the kind of response, one would like to hear from such a big company BSNL

What was supposed to be a simple land sale registration process ended up being a disaster thanks to BSNL being down till 5 PM. No wonder they are going down the tubes. The government will be best served to move to private telecom providers for government services.

@Vishvesh03 Very good decision sir , even i am thinking of moving it to @airtelindia . Even BSNL 3G service is better than @reliancejio net speed.Their customer care service is also worst When you complain them about the speed they say due to high no of users you can use net after some time

@BSNLCorporate Can this FTTH menace be ever fixed? BSNL staff doesn’t respond, Vendor doesn’t care, lineman hardly cares to even receive the complaint. Is this way BSNL wants to connect India? So so disheartening. Do something or just tell how to get this thing disconnected.
