    @BSNL_CHTD very unpleasant situation from Morning 7AM to till now BSNL Network is so bad, in chennai very hardship for common people today. Reasons behind that unknown. Due to these reasons, Pvt players are very strong common people run towards them. @rsprasad

    My #2029522721 which is fiber connection is not working. Extremely poor response at Pune BSNL. Need to ping everyother day to restore the service which is very frustrating. Request to get it resolved earliest or help me close the connection, whatever is possible. @BSNLCorporate

    @zaaaif Govt already tried their very best in 2018 they infused 2 lac cr into PSB but still bad loans increasing. Govt should not be doing any kind of business. They should be like umpire to regulate business. Lazy , incompetent, staff is reason why PSB sucks like BSNL.

    @rsprasad sir after few months of horrible experience with bsnl Fibre in ghaziabad and n nos of complaints to bsnl office is of no use. Even complaint lodged with BSNL CMD office but dept is just passing the bunks. now I have the last hope that if you can take action.

    @BSNLCorporate I was apply for new landline and broadband connection through the self-service portal vide CAF serial Number LK12770708. Already 45days completed, but since now the BSNL officials are not responding. Please help for further process.
