    @CMDBSNL Waiting since 10 am in the morning at RT Nagar BSNL office to surrender my connection. No sign of the JE or other staff till 10.30. Watchman asks me to come back at 11. I knew BSNL was in a bad state but didn’t know it was this pathetic.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD It has become a daily problem as BSNL 3G services go off around 10 a.m everyday in Lalpania(829149). I have tried calling SDE Bermo but there is no response. Therefore, Please find a permanent solution to restore 3G serivces in Lalpania(829149).

    @BSNL_UKD Hello Team...I am not getting the speed for which I am paying. I have logg the compalint through calling BSNL customer care. But technical team is closing my ticket without resolving the issue and contacting me. Today it is a 3rd ticket which they closed.
