    @CMDBSNL Sir, I am Jayesh Rathod, customer of BSNL (landline no. 0265-2338266 of Alkapuri Telephone Exchange, Vadodara, Gujarat). Since more 9 months my landline is totally dead. In spite of repeated complaints, till date it is still dead. 1 year charges already pain in July'20

    @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl I applied for bsnl bharat fiber connection last month, my building already has connection still the service team delayed installation. Such a unreliable approach is not good at all. Kindly make the bsnl employees work responsibly.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, we are the customers of BSNL, if we pay the full bill, we will not provide service to your officers. In a minor fault, it takes two or three days. Why don't you take action?

    All the staff including the technicians are on leave and office of fiber services remains close from last week. I am telling to the truth from last 45 days 50 connection of BSNL disconnected bey the people due to this poor services and they move to jio.
