  This is the state of the BSNL tower in my village; as you can see, thieves have stripped the building of all its equipment. The tower has been non-functional for the past three or four years. Even when it was operational, the network was poor and 3G didn't work, yet they talk big about introducing 5G. Right now, villagers use the structure to store animal fodder. @bsnl_care

  @BSNL_HR We can arrange the sim, but when will you deliver networks? No networks in NCR region, specially Faridabad, internet is far cry. Switching network between Dolphin and BSNL is really frustrating. Cutomer care just make a call for formality and no solution at all after 3 years.

  @Sathish12369 @Akshita_N Do you expect AAI to do better? Never! AAI has only Govt babus, who bribe to get some positions there. Look at what happened to Air India, BSNL etc. When there's a competition from private, Govt infra will collapse. The only saving grace in Chennai is the airport metro. BLR & HYD are lagging in that.... Airport management is always a professional job. Unfortunately, Govt bodies are not equipped nor capable of doing that.

  I am facing a serious BSNL 4G indoor coverage issue at my location Inside my home the signal is very weak internet speeds are poor and calls frequently drop or fail Kindly check the nearest tower and improve the indoor 4G coverage as soon as possible @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

  @Neend_Ki_Rani @reliancejio It’s another bsnl with side dishes like data which u will neva consume due to low speed and AI pro subscriptions but main course of network is missing
