    @BSNL_PB Again a worst Experience with BSNL...I tried a lot to set up a broadband connection in my area & the local concern person is declining to set up becoz they have to work hard to set up the internet connection ..I hope now you can see the failure of yours. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate This is to bring to your notice that, BSNL network in Suntikoppa -571237, Kodagu doesn't work when there is no power. I am not sure if we are in 2000's or 2020's. Never asking you guys to be the best but these are basic things that needs to be in place.

    Called BSNL to inquire about BSNL fiber internet. Employee cut the call in the middle. Makes me support @narendramodi more to privatize this company, filled with lazy non professional employees. Jio takes approx 3k for router and tv box whereas BSNL taking 5k just for router.

    Dear @BSNL_JKD @BSNLCorporate we are your subscriber Ph No-0657 2221113 under Jharkhand circle. Most of the time either the net does not work or there is extremely poor data speed. Request u all to resolve it else we need to look at surrendering the connection. #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Today morning I logged another complaint & just now got the SMS without even attending it: "Service Request Number:16201381980 is successfully Completed.Please call BSNL Customer Care at 1500 for more details. Thank You" What kind of bogus complaint management system is this?

    I'm a BSNL customer and from last 4m facing the worst experience ever, complained several times about the no internet access, still no action has been taken by BSNL, i only got 12 days service in last 4m despite paying timely. This was the worst decision ever to choose BSNL.
