    @BSNL_PB Again a worst Experience with BSNL...I tried a lot to set up a broadband connection in my area & the local concern person is declining to set up becoz they have to work hard to set up the internet connection ..I hope now you can see the failure of yours. @BSNLCorporate

    I purchased a bsnl prepaid sim from 4th may but till now it hasn't been activated @BSNLCorporate what kind of service is this? such kind of pathetic and disgusting service i didn't expected from company like bsnl.

    @bsnl_care Sorry mr. Saurav, I have left BSNL last week. Was a fiber customer of 8 years but more than 10 days connection wasn’t working. Local franchise couldn’t fix it.

He replaces Ravinder Takkar (who moves to vice chairman). Birla had stepped down in 2021 amid the crisis; his comeback coincides with major regulatory relief. @EconomicTimes Jio + Airtel together control 75%+ of subscribers and an even higher share of revenue they keep adding millions of users monthly while Vi and BSNL often lose subscribers duopoly is entrenched because of superior network quality coverage, speed, capacity, scale advantages in capex/spectrum, bundled offerings, and pricing power! no straight answer!
