    @BSNL_PB Again a worst Experience with BSNL...I tried a lot to set up a broadband connection in my area & the local concern person is declining to set up becoz they have to work hard to set up the internet connection ..I hope now you can see the failure of yours. @BSNLCorporate

    Customer care promised complaint updates via SMS — nothing received. No response. No accountability. Complaint magically closed. Meanwhile other telecom operators work perfectly fine in the same area. This is exactly why people are leaving BSNL. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH

    @JioCare 20+ days and my JioFiber landline still not receiving incoming calls. BSNL, VI and even Jio calls fail. Stop sending generic replies and fix this. How long does it take to resolve a basic issue? Escalate this now and provide a clear timeline.@BSNLCorporate

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wifi is not working since last 5 days and when ever i call airtel black support team they say your request is in progress but its in progress from last 5 day. Airtel black is working worse than BSNL support
