    @TRAI MNP rules must change . Exception in rules a must. I ported 9422015656 from BSNL to Jio a month ago. But very severe network issue at home and office. I am totally disconnected and the porting rules compelling me three months for porting out.

    @JioCare I think I enough bear with the Jio, and given enough chance to Jio to improve service, now it's my final decision to switch to BSNL, at least I can really help national company to survive from Jio's destructive strategy. It's time to change.@JioCare @reliancejio @BSNL_MH

    @BSNL_HR @AshwiniVaishnaw @rtiindia Can anybody look into this matter responsibly? If a customer is making payment for monthly service then why BSNL is delivering services for only 18-20 days? This is definitely a scam and nobody is talking about it.

    @BSNL_KTK I am dedicated customer of BSNL. The BSNL mobile service in Dakshina Kannada district is pathetic. It seems that there is no power back up here. There will be no signal if there is power shutdown. Pl take action immediately.

    @JioCare As of now, have turned off your 5G services as it's nothing less than an embarrassment. To give you the context, BSNL 3G is working faster than your 5G. Have shared the details. Let me know once it's fixed. And don't revert with "Network is working fine" BS. Because it isn't!!!

    @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw I have Bsnl Bharat fibre plan of 799 value OTT but my ott subscription of zee5,voot,yupp,sony live is not activated till date .I have complaint many time about the issue but no one to response. please resolve the issue.

    @BSNL_HR BSNL should sell its shares if bsnl is not able to handle its clients. BSNL charge hefty amount for its monthly broadband service but instead of whole month their services work only for 18-20 days. They clearly shuts the internet on weekends so that no one can use data

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate My number was ported in from Jio to BSNL on 7 January. Now incoming calls, Outgoing/incoming SMS don't work after porting to BSNL. Please help. I will send details via DM.

    @ArnabGFan7 @Dev_Fadnavis Why do U want 2 invest 50K crores. Let MSEDCL generate funds & be self reliant. I feel MSEDCL is dying HMT, MTNL, BSNL, way. Efficiency and good service to customers is the key. The employees are negligent. Not giving service bcz their job is assured. Not bothered about srvice.
