@TVMohandasPai @narendramodi @moneycontrolcom The Govt bled BSNL to help Jio. Refused & delayed upgrades. When the whole world moved to 4G, refused spectrum. Pre 2014, it was profit making and shed the flab. Fast forward to 2021, they didn’t have money to pay salaries. Result of #Cronyism

@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate BSNL has provided me Old Modem Without WiFi and UPS without backup with new Bharat Fibre Connection (033-25500105). Also no telephone set provided. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue. Also the rate which a customer should pay for new line

This is such a devastating experience that @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt @CMDBSNL not even a single BSNL customer representative is intersted in resolving an issue .. Such a disgace and farce .. Reference I'd of 319 plan 6717904393 and 399 plan with Reference id 6718998649 .
