    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL I'm very tired from bsnl services. They just give offers and connect with customers But they have not care customer care. From 7 month I not received my refund amount. It's very horrible experience about BSNL. SARANSH NINAVE 8956102965

    @BSNL_RJ despite having a BSNL fibre internet we are spell bound to use our mobile data which runs faster than your fibre. Gone are the days that you call customer care and wait for IVR to respond. Not at all satisfied

    @KondalAbhinav @MajorPoonia @RNTata2000 As a customer, i never received good customer service from them. Hence i switched to private players. In reality, Bsnl 3G speed is higher than 4G speed provided by private players.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate ...frequent disconnection problem again repeating after several complaints...it looks like bsnl doesn't need customer...but surprisingly I noticed that i have purchased 10mbbs plan but bsnl providing 1/4 only .I dnt knw reason behind it..Numb.0820-2547127

    @BSNL_KTK Why Your GM, BSNL Dakshina Kannada has no courtesy to answer a written complain even after written complain given to Your AGM Arun Manvi way back in 2018.Your service is so bad that after returning the broadband equipment, the advanced paid is not refunded till date. SORRY STATE

    BSNL wants to put 1lakh fibre connection in Jamshedpur. But the kind of pathetic service don't know how many numbers they will get. Still my fibre connection is not working even after concern person visit. Think my money is gone down the drain.
