Shyam raja (@Shyamra42537029) reported@HisabiKitabiG @yabhishekhd This is what happened when you totally depend on AI. And when you care more about cost than service this is what happened. Avinash (@avinash_a) reported@piyush_trades @vesperaurora1 For that you shouldn't encourage state monopolies. Scrap BSNL for good, enough tax payer money has been pumped to just keep it afloat You should ask for less regulations and more competitor, the price will automatically come down

Prasenjit | ಪ್ರಸೆಂಜಿತ್ | প্রসেনজিৎ (@jerremee) reported@Vidyut Affordable - yes, service reliability (at least for BSNL, never experienced MTNL) was not so reliable. If one faced issues, they were at the mercy of babus.

Riztweet (@rizwansheriff) reported@JioCare if you cannot fix the issues , why are you providing service , you always don’t meet the customer expectations , BSNL is far more better and your voice IVR sucks…

Kevin (@Comefeelme_9) reportedBSNL, even 10 years is more than enough time to fix your network. You're only pushing cheap plans, but in many areas your signal doesn't even reach. Please focus on actual coverage and service quality instead of just marketing tariffs. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care
