  Any suggestions/alternatives for landline phones apart from BSNL? FWP phones have quality issues. Asking for elderly parents who are not comfortable even with so called seniors mobile phones. Earlier tata Indicom and reliance had reasonably good options. @RajivMakhni

  Why is BSNL Mangalore service like this. Mobile network - Nil, internet - no connection, if we dial 198 - it is give pre-recorded nonsense message. Why you are troubling customers like this. Your bill comes promptly. For that every connection is correct !!!!.

  @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate 02652652636 BB not working since last 2 month.complaint 1054971367 filed in march closed by bsnl without attending.Visited ur Makarpura bsnl office nobody is their to help due to Covid.but I m getting bill every month.

  @bsnl trying to port my number from BSNL as the signal is not there in Noida. Sent multiple SMS to 1900. Getting error could not be processed. Please help
