@BSNLCorporate Today again bsnl mobile phone users of Jalgaon city are suffering due to lack of bsnl network in for 20 minutes.Every 10,12 days bsnl mobile network in Jalgaon shuts down.And when I complains you just say sorry without doing anything.

@BSNLCorporate Please provide solution. I was having two no.s in my phone one is of @reliancejio which is already blocked very easily and the 2nd no. of bsnl is still not blocked and no response revived from your customer support also. Very poor service I must say, that’s y ppl don’t trust bsnl

@JioCare Hi my phone has been lost which was having bsnl no. in It. I am not able to block it due to poor @BSNLCorporate support . Is there any way to port the no. to Jio and get a new sim.

@BSNLCorporate @UN Just when I thought Bsnl has improved, its worst again.previous Bsnl recharge app was better. This self care app is worst. I dont get otp at all. When I click resend otp it sends 3 otp & then app says account blocked. From 3 days same is happening & my balance gets deducted.

@DoT_India The 4G data service under the Jagadishpur BSNL BTS area under Calcutta telephones is drastically degraded in last 1 year since it's started. Those who are ported to BSNL earlier are now ported back to their parent TSP due the poor data service. Contact no. 8902036142
