Officer whom I talked excused that BSNL high ups r forwarding our numbers without our knowledge.

Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.

Complaint was promptly closed without even rectifying. Earlier too I have raised this issue on CPGRAMS. No response.
