@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I have paid my bills online two times and still getting news bill with due amount added. Nobody in bsnl office responsing on my complaint. Is this how #BSNL works..? Fadeup with service and employees of #BSNL . Kindly look into this matter.

I've contacted BSNL customer care several times . Every time they are saying it will be resolved in next 24 hrs but it is never resolved. They asked me to do recharge greater than ₹143 and then try. I also tried it but still they did not send UPC code.

@MobiKwikSWAT I did a BSNL recharge on Sunday. Money got deducted and the status on app was recharge succesful. But BSNL customer care, told that recharge failed and advised to notify mobikwik for refund. I raised a ticket on mobikwik but still I haven't got the refund

@AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi It's a one year lapsed, we, native of pune city having population of one crore, are yet not getting 3G HSPA desired speed. And you are talking to launch 5G services of BSNL! How it could be possible that BSNL haven't launch 4G service till now in India?
