    @BSNL_HR Sir Sonipat BSNL Internet service is rotten. It’s like acute Migraine. Every second day we have failure . Now 3 days after SDO Rajbeer but zero result 94160 39100 not taking calls . BSNL has failed miserably to act to professionally.Unfit n sick @TRAI @rsprasad @cmohry

    @MeTheMangoMan @malhar_pandey Then it's indeed a rare experience from BSNL. They have to service their customers for survival. I am now a subscriber of @TataSky, their service is excellent, never had an outage since the last 1 year, customer care is awesome..No installation or modem charges.

    @malhar_pandey Yes. BSNL is good is some areas. Speed Issues are normal on all networks but BSNL solves issues in minimum time.

    @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate BSNL Fiber connection in our apartment society (Vicacity Kannivakkam, Guduvanchery) experiencing internet outage for hours on a regular basis. We are not able to work from home reliably and kids facing issues with online classes.

    @puffin_pipe @Jayant28500535 But it's way better than others in the area where Jio or others not available. In my area Jio is not providing service so went for BSNL and surprisingly they r giving service better than expected. Have to compromise somewhere in this situation.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @pmo @BSNLCorporate India's largest telecom BSNL giving 4G SIM to the customer but service is not upto the 2G while the rival companies are on the edge of launching 5G please improve your service aur disinvest it
