  On recommendations of 7th CPC gratuity limit was enhanced from 10 lakh to 20 lakh, which had been given to C G. State govt, BSNL retirees fom 1/1/16, but others from 29/3/18, due to GAA 2018, which has been given prospective effect vinstead of retrospective effect. Pl help us.

  @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Very poor service of BSNL mobile at Shakkar Mandori PIN 122055. Last 4 days,the BTS machine is not working properly so that the mobile network is not available since 4 days. I repeated this issue. Plz take responsibility for this.

  we truly wish BSNL creates larger network, i'm sure few lobbies will never allow BSNL to grow as it will spoil there duopoly. If govt has intent to grow BSNL it will grow. If Govt Dot and TRAI are controlled by the duopoly then BSNL survival is not possible and we suffer

  @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care My BSNL SIM does not have VoLTE service enabled yet. I am unable to use HD voice and proper call connectivity. Kindly activate VoLTE on my number at the earliest or let me know the required steps to enable it.
