    On recommendations of 7th CPC gratuity limit was enhanced from 10 lakh to 20 lakh, which had been given to C G. State govt, BSNL retirees fom 1/1/16, but others from 29/3/18, due to GAA 2018, which has been given prospective effect vinstead of retrospective effect. Pl help us.

    @SunitaDuggal7 Madam, I want to draw your attention on the Gratuity hike issue. 7th Pay commission recommended to increase gratuity from 10 lac to 20 lac from 1/1/16. Govt. accepted the recommendation nd paid increased gratuity to CG retirees, State govt.,BSNL but to PSU, PSB pvt

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Very poor service of BSNL mobile at Shakkar Mandori PIN 122055. Last 4 days,the BTS machine is not working properly so that the mobile network is not available since 4 days. I repeated this issue. Plz take responsibility for this.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 What exactly am I paying for? In Powai, Mumbai, I get zero network even on the 15th floor. I can't make or receive calls. After recharging, I didn't even receive a confirmation SMS, so I don't know whether the recharge was processed or not. I've been with BSNL since 2012.

    I have given port in req in BSNL from Airtel for esim after porting I got email of QR from bsnl for esim but its been 11 hours no signal is there i switched of on the phone many times and customer care dont even knw abt it n said number not showing @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB @TRAI

    @BSNLCorporate India's worst network service providers.bought a new Bsnl sim 4 days back it's so pathetic that till date the Sim has not been activated/ Nor network available

    @Avik24 @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate As per the image you are getting 2G RXLEVEL (-93 dBm) at this signal level voice calls can be done & text messages can be sent probably BSNL Mobile tower is located at least 1600-2000 meters away from your residence.
