    @jaganmsna @rajbhagatt @sundarmail BSNL have already lost their game. Major TT Exchange like one at 632401 and major other places are now closed and place is leased down Also, They subcontract end connections from exchange and only come to picture for Billing

    Customer service of BSNL is so pathetic. There is some issue in the fiber connection and internet and when tried reaching the customer care after waiting for so long someone picks up and says nothing. This keeps on happening in loop. Pls do something @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_BIHAR at Rosera STD code 06275, there is no 3G service at Purani Hospital Area till date. Due to it, I can't use smooth internet service of BSNL. No official is interested to start 3G service here. Shameful?

    @BSNLCorporate Ya, its been about a week and no one contacted. Is this the customer service promised to us? I am just waiting for either @airtelindia or @reliancejio to reach here and i am gonna change to them. Bsnl is setting the lowest standard of service to be provided by anyone.
