  @BSNL_TN Dear Sir, I am unable to get resolution for an issue. I paid Rs.355 againste my bsnl postpaid account 501195613 however it's still showing as unpaid in portal. When I checked customer care they are saying current bill paid but previous bill ₹.117 is pending.

  sir tried several time applying and avail the thing but in the end they are any how refused (I contact with BSNL field officer of our district ) I also wrote an application for service, I'm trying express the condition, any of this thing not working that's I come here .

  @eudaykumaru58 @ViCustomerCare South India is not preferred to them . Yesterday, Customer care asked me to port out to other network for asking Vowifi. They told Vowifi, won't come to south India immediately. Indoor coverage improvement will take another 6 months. Better port to #airtel or #jio, even BSNL.

  @BSNL_KTK @BsnlCmd @BSNLCorporate Sir my landline is not working since last 7 to 8 months, bcoz of faulty cable, when I had complaint last time , bsnl people rectified temporary stating that they have to change the cable, but till date it has not been done my num is 0821 2436964, pls do the needful
