    @BSNLCorporate Why to sumbit documents. Again and restore connection. I have bsnl fiber from last 3 month's and it won't give speed correctly (too slow) and now it stopped working from last 3 days. And when i call net providers then won't take calls. Till how many days i have to face this issue

    @BSNLCorporate Details of complaint FTTP connection plan started from April 2019. The technical staff of Solapur BSNL is not able to start internet . The internet shows connected but surfing does not happen. Connection number 2970055

    @BSNLCorporate till now no resolution, nor has the complaint been assigned to any of the staff. @DoT_India is this the way BSNL workes....just pathetic...you want to disinvest in it... improve the services only the will you get a suiter for BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Keep safty aside first give proper internet connection First i was having bsnl old landline net for 5 years, now i have bsnl fiber but still net problem is there really thinking of switching net provider .i am think what in this world made me to take again bsnl net. Huge mistake.

    @BSNLCorporate very worst service is being provided by bsnl I am having 60mbps plan and I am not getting speeds more than 25mbps and I have complained to the vendor also and he also did not resolve my issue at all and this issue is existing since last 15 days please take actions.

    It seems BSNL officials is putting their best effort to privatize the company, then only they shall start working their basic job. Broadband is completely not working since yesterday. No body to look after. #bsnl @BSNLCorporate

    @rsprasad At Bellare(PIN 574212) BSNL signal strength is weakened. Most of the time it is missing. We dont find department is working out any solution. I did not find call centre is hepful. But AIRTEL business is increasing. Do we port ou to other operators?

    @BSNLCorporate The Big question is when? You dont have values of time or what? That's Why Indian don't grow because you people are not serious about work. Can you please tell me what are going to do, I want solution asap. Every customer who use bsnl wifi are harresed by you people.

    I have ported my sim from vi to bsnl. Now signal of vi sim has gone and i have inserted the bsnl sim. But i am not able to make calls or check balance. Kindly help me in televerification to activate my sim. 1507 is not working , it says lines are busy. @BSNLCorporate

    @bsnl karnataka over a period of time mobile signal strength is reduced at Bellare PIN574212. Now it is almost nil. Customer care 1503 is also proved that it is managed by un informed people. My no 9444149332 is not working at all. Pl help

    @RajatIsaac @BSNLCorporate @mygovindia BSNL is a gone case. I advise you to go for alternative service provider. I have tons of complains for my BSNL BB problem, but they do not care to resolve them. because they are likely to shutdown their services in india anytime sooner.

    The BSNL landline 0712-2612770 is dead since six months. All efforts futile. Old parents staying alone in corona crisis are not contactable and may put their life to risk. Request your kind intervention for permanent resolution as repeated efforts by BSNL is yielding nil results.
