    @BSNLCorporate Responding after 14 days... So sharp and prompt service... No wonder my Bsnl sim is still operating at 3G when the nation is heading towards 5G! Anyway, as per ur tweet, I have shared my number via DM..

    @BSNLCorporate Details of complaint FTTP connection plan started from April 2019. The technical staff of Solapur BSNL is not able to start internet . The internet shows connected but surfing does not happen. Connection number 2970055

    All the phone number tht we have of the bsnl official are not receiving the phone... How should we takle the problem...now....these days the telephone is a big necessity

    @BSNLCorporate Keep safty aside first give proper internet connection First i was having bsnl old landline net for 5 years, now i have bsnl fiber but still net problem is there really thinking of switching net provider .i am think what in this world made me to take again bsnl net. Huge mistake.

    @BSNLCorporate till now no resolution, nor has the complaint been assigned to any of the staff. @DoT_India is this the way BSNL workes....just pathetic...you want to disinvest in it... improve the services only the will you get a suiter for BSNL.

    @bsindia We don't require Satellite broadband especially from foreign operators. It's a national security threat. Still we require service then only allow BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Lost my phone with BSNL SIM. Seva Kendra can’t issue a new one since their system hasn’t worked since Dec 1, 2025. All my banks & services are linked to this number. How can India stay connected with such poor service?

    Even after the lapse of nine days, the BSNL Management has failed to find any solution to the problems related to the Sanchar Aadhaar system. As a result, BSNL is losing substantial revenue every day. Fix responsibility on @CMDBSNL. Whose fault is it? @PemmasaniOnX @JM_Scindia

    @PopularIssues @LaurenDreyer There is no use of bringing issue of purchasing power as starlink doesn't care. There is already jio, airtel etc for that. Starlink is cheaper and faster than bsnl satelite internet which school, banks ,hydro power companies etc use where there is no network.

    @OmaneeShah @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care Bsnl is not in mumbai, it was mtnl and now with mtnl gone there is zero network, u have only jio vi n airtel ....forget bsnl it has zero network even if u get a sim it's useless, i ported from bsnl to airtel

    BSNL has launched 4G across India, but it hasn't launched VOLTE. This creates problems: calls take a long time to connect and aren't clear. Voice quality is Very bad, and this is an older technology, so BSNL should launch VOLTE as soon as possible. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

    @ShivaniV2901 BSNL reduces validity of popular prepaid plans without changing MRPs. Rs 107 plan validity slashed from 28 days to 22 days. Rs 197 plan now offers only 42 days, down from earlier 54 days.
