    @BSNLCorporate Keep safty aside first give proper internet connection First i was having bsnl old landline net for 5 years, now i have bsnl fiber but still net problem is there really thinking of switching net provider .i am think what in this world made me to take again bsnl net. Huge mistake.

    @BSNLCorporate Details of complaint FTTP connection plan started from April 2019. The technical staff of Solapur BSNL is not able to start internet . The internet shows connected but surfing does not happen. Connection number 2970055

    All the phone number tht we have of the bsnl official are not receiving the phone... How should we takle the problem...now....these days the telephone is a big necessity

    @BSNLCorporate Responding after 14 days... So sharp and prompt service... No wonder my Bsnl sim is still operating at 3G when the nation is heading towards 5G! Anyway, as per ur tweet, I have shared my number via DM..

    @BSNLCorporate till now no resolution, nor has the complaint been assigned to any of the staff. @DoT_India is this the way BSNL workes....just pathetic...you want to disinvest in it... improve the services only the will you get a suiter for BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Customer,the fault booked on Telephone number 0217-2723143 has been assigned to BSNL Staff Shri SHINDE SHIVAJI RAMA,Mobile No 0942073335 Phone : 0217-2723143 is registered the complaint 1051413441 is assigned to the person was already retired 6 months ago.

    @mvrkteja I spoke with a representative from every network operator a year ago. They assured me that my problem would be resolved shortly. Only Airtel improved its signal strength. Ppl with Jio & BSNL ntwks had to leave their homes just to make a basic phone call. Please do the needful .

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 First, make the network strong. Then you don't need to give away free stuff. Customers are looking for a strong network, not freebies. Since morning BSNL network 4G is down. Only calls on edge in hyderabad. Customer care dont know when it will be restored.

    @KHURAPATT Stop supporting BSNL. You have not seen how they used to work before private companies. And why should public pay 10000 crore every year for such ****** service. I still remember to get a telephone connection would take 8+ years.

    Dear Consumer, kindly note that due to telecom issues,Minnagam services are down.( Fire in BSNL Anna Salai exchange. ). Also please note that online application services, bill payment, and counter payment facilities are currently affected due to technical reasons. We are working on resolving the issue and will provide updates shortly. We regret any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your cooperation. Restoration work is being done on priority.

    @KHURAPATT Did you ever deal with BSNL employees when they were only players? In those days decades ago in a tier 2 city we had "applied" for phone. After "months" of wait the phone was connected. But guess what? It went dead in 2 days. We filed a complaint. Nothing happened ... Contd.

    @KHURAPATT My BSNL pack expired, so I recharged yesterday. The amount was deducted, but I received no confirmation. There’s no network on the SIM, and I can’t even contact customer care. It feels like the company is completely inactive. @BSNLCorporate
