@BSNLCorporate Keep safty aside first give proper internet connection First i was having bsnl old landline net for 5 years, now i have bsnl fiber but still net problem is there really thinking of switching net provider .i am think what in this world made me to take again bsnl net. Huge mistake.

@BSNLCorporate till now no resolution, nor has the complaint been assigned to any of the staff. @DoT_India is this the way BSNL workes....just pathetic...you want to disinvest in it... improve the services only the will you get a suiter for BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate Details of complaint FTTP connection plan started from April 2019. The technical staff of Solapur BSNL is not able to start internet . The internet shows connected but surfing does not happen. Connection number 2970055

Dear @cgm_mh_bsnl Sir, I am using BSNL broadband service and raising concerns for the speed issue but the problem is resolved till now. I have raised 2 complaints in recent times which is closed but issue still exists.
