    @BSNLCorporate till now no resolution, nor has the complaint been assigned to any of the staff. @DoT_India is this the way BSNL workes....just pathetic...you want to disinvest in it... improve the services only the will you get a suiter for BSNL.

    All the phone number tht we have of the bsnl official are not receiving the phone... How should we takle the problem...now....these days the telephone is a big necessity

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Customer,the fault booked on Telephone number 0217-2723143 has been assigned to BSNL Staff Shri SHINDE SHIVAJI RAMA,Mobile No 0942073335 Phone : 0217-2723143 is registered the complaint 1051413441 is assigned to the person was already retired 6 months ago.

    @BSNLCorporate Details of complaint FTTP connection plan started from April 2019. The technical staff of Solapur BSNL is not able to start internet . The internet shows connected but surfing does not happen. Connection number 2970055

    @BSNLCorporate Why to sumbit documents. Again and restore connection. I have bsnl fiber from last 3 month's and it won't give speed correctly (too slow) and now it stopped working from last 3 days. And when i call net providers then won't take calls. Till how many days i have to face this issue

    @BSNLCorporate Keep safty aside first give proper internet connection First i was having bsnl old landline net for 5 years, now i have bsnl fiber but still net problem is there really thinking of switching net provider .i am think what in this world made me to take again bsnl net. Huge mistake.

    @BSNLCorporate Responding after 14 days... So sharp and prompt service... No wonder my Bsnl sim is still operating at 3G when the nation is heading towards 5G! Anyway, as per ur tweet, I have shared my number via DM..

    If you are outside the house, you can get BSNL 4G signal, but if you are inside the house, you cannot get 3G signal.

    @Moto_Support @motorolaindia My Moto G45 5G smartphone fails to provide proper internet access when using a BSNL 5G SIM. Same sim is working fine with another smartphones. In this phone it only shows 4G and an exclamation mark with no internet access. I want a proper solution

    Hey @IndiaPostOffice @JM_Scindia your postal services sucks . It will have the same fate as bsnl if not looked properly. A single package taking More than 12 days . And still not delivered. Website takes years to load and down most of the time.

    @bsnl_care My BSNL FTTH has been down since yesterday afternoon. Called customer care multiple times—no one answered. When someone finally picked up, they yelled at me. This is your idea of customer service? Absolutely pathetic.

    @IndiaPostOffice what is wrong with your services? Speed post taking more than 5 days and not yet reached. Your Registry not working from last 1 week for international parcels. Guys, save postal service else will be become same as BSNL
