@BSNLCorporate till now no resolution, nor has the complaint been assigned to any of the staff. @DoT_India is this the way BSNL workes....just pathetic...you want to disinvest in it... improve the services only the will you get a suiter for BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate Details of complaint FTTP connection plan started from April 2019. The technical staff of Solapur BSNL is not able to start internet . The internet shows connected but surfing does not happen. Connection number 2970055

@BSNLCorporate @deepikapadukone Bsnl FTTH is worthless in Karanjia Odisha-757037.We pay one month bill but internet works for 15 days only as there is no guarantee of internet failure at any point of time.we can't rely on it.Worst service by the biggest telecom company of India.

Bsnl management says that do not have money for diesel, upd, battery etc. This is the condition of bsnl mangalore division

Dear @BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate ,When are you planning to launch 4G services,as a BSNL user I am worried honestly worried about BSNL.We have 4g sim but the network is still 2G does that even make sense in 2022?We have waited enough,please share the ETA for 4G launch,forget about 5G.
