    @BSNLCorporate Details of complaint FTTP connection plan started from April 2019. The technical staff of Solapur BSNL is not able to start internet . The internet shows connected but surfing does not happen. Connection number 2970055

    @BSNLCorporate till now no resolution, nor has the complaint been assigned to any of the staff. @DoT_India is this the way BSNL workes....just pathetic...you want to disinvest in it... improve the services only the will you get a suiter for BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Keep safty aside first give proper internet connection First i was having bsnl old landline net for 5 years, now i have bsnl fiber but still net problem is there really thinking of switching net provider .i am think what in this world made me to take again bsnl net. Huge mistake.

    @BSNLCorporate Why to sumbit documents. Again and restore connection. I have bsnl fiber from last 3 month's and it won't give speed correctly (too slow) and now it stopped working from last 3 days. And when i call net providers then won't take calls. Till how many days i have to face this issue

    All the phone number tht we have of the bsnl official are not receiving the phone... How should we takle the problem...now....these days the telephone is a big necessity

    @BSNLCorporate Responding after 14 days... So sharp and prompt service... No wonder my Bsnl sim is still operating at 3G when the nation is heading towards 5G! Anyway, as per ur tweet, I have shared my number via DM..

    Visited MTNL Kandivali W & BSNL Borivali W for SIM required during Agatti visit. Shockingly informed that BSNL SIM may not work on OnePlus phone and no option except to buy pvt SIM. Why should citizens face compatibility issues using Govt services? @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

    @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD - BSNL service in Kolkata ( proper Kolkata city ) is becoming from Bad to PATHETIC !! Network is fluctuating immensely, using data is a nightmare ( constant buffering) ..... do BSNL ppl get salary of is it just they are doing social service?

    @BSNLCorporate I have bought a new sim but can't activate bsnl tv and also can't use it. Your customer care doesn't do anything and gives fake update of restored. Your bitv doesn't support new sim activation plan support. Your indoor coverage is trash in my area, other areas are good.

    I initiated MNP request 2 port frm BSNL to Airtel.The scheduled porting time was May 9th 23:22. It has been over 1 hrs, but my BSNL SIM is still active & receiving calls,while myAirtel SIM is not working.Pls look into this transition issue urgently @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
