    @BSNLCorporate till now no resolution, nor has the complaint been assigned to any of the staff. @DoT_India is this the way BSNL workes....just pathetic...you want to disinvest in it... improve the services only the will you get a suiter for BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Customer,the fault booked on Telephone number 0217-2723143 has been assigned to BSNL Staff Shri SHINDE SHIVAJI RAMA,Mobile No 0942073335 Phone : 0217-2723143 is registered the complaint 1051413441 is assigned to the person was already retired 6 months ago.

    All the phone number tht we have of the bsnl official are not receiving the phone... How should we takle the problem...now....these days the telephone is a big necessity

    @BSNLCorporate Details of complaint FTTP connection plan started from April 2019. The technical staff of Solapur BSNL is not able to start internet . The internet shows connected but surfing does not happen. Connection number 2970055

    @PMOIndia I am in Delhi for last 4 days and my Guwahati (Assam) BSNL SIM no 9864043769 is not working, which created many problems for me, including payment related OTP and etc. If I can't get roaming facilities in the Digital India's capital, no words!

    @collectortvpm visited Vilapil Vill off to get poss &loc cert.The staff was cordial&very helpful. Unfortunately poor infra facilities do not match exemplary service of vill staff. Freq power cuts&very poor BSNL internet. An inverter in off will help citizens @CMOKerala @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_KOTD I am unable to use BSNL Selfcare for my Bharat Fibre connection.. need immediate improvements for better service..should also introduce app based service like private players

    @hotstar_helps It's been around 3 months but problem didn't get resolved. Earlier I was having answers like clean cache and all. Today i got reply like there's an existing issue for otp with BSNL. Thanks for saying the real issue. But I couldn't utilize my subscription for 3 months. @rayantec

    @BSNLCorporate Here in Jintur-431509 There is no internet service from past 5 days. Also when we visited the bsnl office Jintur several times ,there is no one to help most of the times ,No To mention that this happens every week/month.
