    @BSNLCorporate Details of complaint FTTP connection plan started from April 2019. The technical staff of Solapur BSNL is not able to start internet . The internet shows connected but surfing does not happen. Connection number 2970055

    @BSNLCorporate Keep safty aside first give proper internet connection First i was having bsnl old landline net for 5 years, now i have bsnl fiber but still net problem is there really thinking of switching net provider .i am think what in this world made me to take again bsnl net. Huge mistake.

    All the phone number tht we have of the bsnl official are not receiving the phone... How should we takle the problem...now....these days the telephone is a big necessity

    @BSNLCorporate Why to sumbit documents. Again and restore connection. I have bsnl fiber from last 3 month's and it won't give speed correctly (too slow) and now it stopped working from last 3 days. And when i call net providers then won't take calls. Till how many days i have to face this issue

    @BSNLCorporate till now no resolution, nor has the complaint been assigned to any of the staff. @DoT_India is this the way BSNL workes....just pathetic...you want to disinvest in it... improve the services only the will you get a suiter for BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Responding after 14 days... So sharp and prompt service... No wonder my Bsnl sim is still operating at 3G when the nation is heading towards 5G! Anyway, as per ur tweet, I have shared my number via DM..

    @BSNLCorporate Pathetic service by BSNL Odisha and no one responsible enough to pick up th call or resolve the issue . Since 12 hours there is no internet connectivity at Berhampur Odisha..wake up guys.. we pay you for your service not for disconnection

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi No doubt very very proud moment but bsnl all ready lagging 4 to 5 yrs w.r.t other pvt networks, if we directly roll-out the 5G network it will be better.

    @vrijilesh @bsnl @AshwiniVaishnaw What I do not get is why BSNL chose not to go full ahead with a 5G network instead. It would have propelled 5G ahead, pushed phone sales, other operators to buy 5G spectrum and upgrade just as Jio did for 4G.

    Entire Guntipally Village of wargal mandal, Siddipet district PIN 502278. People are struggling with less or no signal. Around 1000 mobile users are suffering. No Airtel, BSNL or Jio is offering good signal there.pls visit the place n do something. @airtelindia

    @ThatsKeval @BSNLCorporate BSNL is government of India cheating service. Who else can bill 4000+ for disconnected non working phone belonging to a dead person. Rama Tiwari died on September 12, 2013. 0751-2470680 belongs to her at my home address. Phone is dead for several years no calls at all. @PMOIndia

    @saandilyae I bet some times bsnl 3G gives more speed than current other 4G services . But some times even basic calling service bsnl not working . Strange 😐

    @saurmisra @NehaSinghGahlot There would be network related issues (infra need funds) and service related issues (shortage of staff) with #BSNL #MTNL on pan india basis.. Hopefully these would be addressed at earliest..
