    @CDOT_India @BSNLCorporate @narendramodi 754225, Odisha our area 3 days above network not available BSNL 3 rd class services. 6 months above Already complaint 1503 BSNL coustomer care but till know no action. PM inauguration 4G internet but network not available.

    @ScindiaG Sir,Very poor standards mobile network is providing by BSNL in odisha circle particular in my area ,That So I Ported my BSNl Sim to other operator,I request to solve this problem ,We will benefit ,, BIKRAM mob 9438790205

    @TanaysinghT I am not sure about number but the demographics of #BSNL is important. Mostly BSNL users are come from those areas where all other private players don’t provide services. And yes #BSNL network is very poor in urban areas

    @pravesh814 In Jharkhand jamshedpur 831001 zee5 stopped from FTTH plans now customers moving to pvt isp ..also heavy SLA implement , Olt rent implement now .TIP taking out olt from bsnl premises. Connection is now getting disconnection , due to poor policy of bsnl.

    @pravesh814 Unwanted disconnection of signal is the main cause of BSNL downfall.

    @BSNLCorporate I have been a user id bsnl last 15yrs.. and my father also more than 20years.. but now days we can't talk for 5min constantly.. Call drop every 1/2 min Why should we move to other network...

    @ohgodthankyou India doesn’t offer universal free internet, but it subsidises access through programs like PM-WANI public Wi‑Fi (over 3.3 lakh hotspots as of mid‑2025) and BharatNet, which extends broadband/FTTH and village Wi‑Fi to rural areas. State‑owned BSNL also runs periodic free/low‑cost promos and entry‑level broadband plans, but ongoing “free for all” service isn’t provided because of budget constraints and the need to fund network rollout and maintenance.
