    @BharatFibreFTTH Bharat Fibre Broadband service is very poor at Paradip, Odisha. Not worthy of paying for it. Frequent disturbances, including bad downloading & uploading speed. No remedial measures. Then, why BSNL will not be sick! Who is responsible?

    @OfficeOfRSP People are advised so many times that still why you are using BSNL even after more costly and irresponsible service, but respect of Government Department is still in heart. Request to keep it live.

    @OfficeOfRSP My Bharat Fiber Connection No.079-29602801 is not working since last more than a week. Daily following 10-12 times but no result. Now the officer asking me still not resolved ? Our Guj-BSNL website is not working since last 2 years. Whom to contact ? please help me

    @gvkreddi I think Jio being new entrant in telecom space, very remote chance that its being service provider. TATA Communication, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea, BSNL/MTNL may be one of the service providers.

    @Maxx10576274 They are responsible for it. An outage of 2 hours is beyond imagination. 15 mins outage of bsnl payment website and phone lines starts ringing in Delhi. Used to work in data center.Seriously don't have clue how their links are down for so long. Today we talk SDWAN.

    @sambitlnt Absolutely, BSNL should be restricted to border/naxal areas where private players won't have an incentive to set up their towers. Everyone on another connection travelling to these areas should pay BSNL to use their network. 😎👍🏽

    My grandma uses BSNL network and from the last six months calls cannot be made from her phone to mine (AIRTEL). How can I afford not to receive calls from my grandma who is 80? Please revert back to solve this issue soon @BSNLCorporate @bsnlassamcircle @Airtel_Presence

    @sengottutweets @HathwayBrdband My friend, don't go to this company. Frauds. You will never get the speed. No support. Case will be closed with our solving. Only escalation, no service. Go for BSNL atleast you can support our country instead of this looters.
