@BSNLCorporate Well the level of quick service is evident form the delay in your reply itself. Rather than accepting or improving, you keep your eyes closed. I hope you can teach the decency to the representatives at your offices rather than your customers. Maybe privatization of BSNL will help

@SunilSh96047231 I'm also facing the same issue with otp in bsnl. I'm not receiving any otp from banks, cowin etc. @BSNLCorporate See lots of people are not getting otp including myself since many days.
