  @rj_vijdan i tried switching to jio but they said its not available in your area yet. I pay for 100mbps of speed but get 30-50mbps on Bsnl. Thrz no room for complaint redressals in BSNL. its like “aapki kismat pe depend hai”.

  @BSNLCorporate Yesterday you told BSNL ASSURE PROMPT ACTION. Today you are asking for location. What prompt action you have taken from yesterday? If you can't find the address from telephone number, why you didn't ask the location yesterday? Are you just wasting customer's time?

  I have got a msg from BSNL to contact the area DGM in response to my tweet, appreciate it. But I'm looking for any other private broadband service providers. I heard local cable operators are not letting others, but not sure how far it is true. Hope this will be resolved soon.

  @BSNL_BR from 28/2/2022 i am not able to use my internet and when i am calling to customer care no one responds . there is ( bsnl 3g ) supported tower near my house but still i am only getting 2g network coverage.
