    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Been 2 days without internet at Church Road, Mirjan,Karnataka. Local agents are not receiving the calls. Bsnl office Kumta said there is cable cut and repair in progress. Been impacted badly due to this issue. Request you to take actions immediately!

    The worst part of using @BSNLCorporate broadband service is customer support, totally null. It's been over 4-5 days facing constant issues in my bsnl Fiber internet connection, every single activity is hampered, after so many complaints there's no solution. @BandBajaateRaho

    @BSNL_BR Problem not resolve .we paid the amount but franchise has taken 4000 for fth ans bsnl charged 1275 one time charge for connection.for what 4000 charged by bsnl recommend franchise .refund the same .then it will resolve

    @reliancejio should roll back their network and declare shut down.. Barely 200 mtr from the tower and have to face a severe network issue.. Next #BSNL on the way

    @DoT_India Please make corrections to the portal to have the option to downgrade your plan. It’s not fair to have only Upgrading the plan. It’s good trick to cheat the subscribers. 5 ~10 times they ask CC and at BSNL off but nothing works then they leave it with that higher plan. Very Worst
