    BSNL needs to improve their customer support experience. Even to get a simple recharge conflict resolved, I had to try badly for 2 weeks, called multiple support centers, emailed to many. At last someone called 'Rahul' helped me. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate Geevarghese is my father and i didnot see any transaction instead local bsnl guys called me. They told me to take broadband fiber cnnctn to get land-line fixed as well. I said i don't want. Then they said they will try to fix the land-line.

    BSNL providing worst service in Gagaha PIN273411 there are two SDO Shobit and Ashish sitting in Gorakhpur office they are not doing anything simply playing with customer they are taking 14K with customer for broadband connection but service is worst.@BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl
