@JioCare @JioFiberChennai making me think if I should switch to BSNL. The poorest customer service! Have been calling the CC for the past 6 days for more 15times.. still didn't get the issue sorted. If not getting a reply to this, next uploading the call recording of CC call.

@BSNLCorporate I am done with BSNL. I know that there is no support from the #GovernmentofIndia towards BSNL growth. The government is leaning towards private network. #thankyoubsnl for these many years. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK

@vinaydutthp Sir, this area falls in shadow Zone and it is also hilly due to which signal gets fluctuating some times. A 4G site has been already been proposed in this area and same will be installed after launch of BSNL 4G on PAN India basis and as per the availability of equipment. Regards

@pravesh814 @BSNLCorporate Totally I’m incapable hands. Lack technical capabilities. Fully dependent on third party service providers. Most of the time the network down or inching broadband speed. Why you r advocating for switching to BSNL?
