@BSNL_KOTD I have recharged for my BSNL number for plan renewal through online.When I try to make a call, it says your plan got expired.. I called customer care but no response.. Would you want me to come to your office in this pendemic. Its very horrible without phone..

@prashant1_k Govt is not selling any organization which is not working well. As there are no takers. example - Air India, BSNL. Govt intends to sell those which are making huge profit, to benefit some pvt entities. example - bpcl. Correct your facts.

Poor service! I took BSNL Ftth connection 0478-2968008 last month. There is extra Rs500 charged in the bill. I had mailed requesting to avoid this extra charges and didn't even receive a reply. Pls send me the corrected bill. #talktocgmbsnlkl

I don't know its proper usage I recommend my money back based on my usage calculation and I'm happy to tell al the issues if they want to improve. I recmend geting a call from the BSNL office to hear abt my issues. I hope at least I'll get a solution now. BSNL is my wrong choice
