    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle I have closed my broadband connection 3 months back, I got confirmation message as well. But still I am getting the bills. I have connected with customer care they saying it not got closed. Is it the kind of service given by bsnl?

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw i have taken service of #BSNL fibre, to take router was mandatory so I purchased by giving higher price and within two months router stop working as it was in warranty period i asked them to replaced they replaced it but charged extra money. Worst

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Our fibre connection is completely out of order, The complaint (Compliant No. 1060508223) has been registered on your self-care BSNL portal. I am requesting you to kindly intervene & resolve the same at the earliest.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate , @BSNL_GJ BSNL fibre connection has been put for Intracity Transfer on 1st March 2023. The connection no 079 29602966. Running pillier to post of Naranpura and sabarmati telephone exchanges. Pl look into for an effective service

    @BSNL_BR I had recharged my bsnl prepaid number with rs. 997/- on 12-03-2023 via phonepe, recharge was successful but service was not activated till now when I talked to BSNL helpline number he said that this recharge is not valid. Plz help me sir

    From last two day there is no bsnl wifi signal on router it shows LOS... called BSNL customer care twice complained twice called local cable operator he doesn't pick call his call is disabled only @BSNL_KTK calls to pay monthly bill it's waste of money...@BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate hello In My village Talgaon Tehsil Fatehpur district barabanki uttar Pradesh a bsnl tower is present but it works only when electricity present otherwise it is not working.this is happening from past 4 years please resolve
