    @DoT_India The service of BSNL is getting worst with time.I have registered complaint for my landline and broadband multiple times within a week but it get cancelled without any reason.When visited BSNL office,the staff behaved rudely and carelessly.Should I expect some help?

    @BSNLCorporate Its been 2 days the service of Broadband is not good. #Pachmarhi area is very badly affected. The only broadband avlb is BSNL, due to troubled service provided is forcing us to go to a better service. Requesting an early intervention #BSNL #broadband @bhopal_bscdcl

    BSNL network is not available in Achalganj district unnao from last 48 hours. I tried to contact nearby bsnl office but it's closed since long time. I'm facing this network issue from past 1 year but issue still not resolved. Kindly fix this as soon as possible.

    @DoT_India On today onwards bsnl network is much better before Again I request you to please stat 4G NETWORK in Jhansi And Recharge through sms problem is not solve from my first complain to till today onwards Thanks

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @GoI_MeitY but there is no 3g network on smartphone. I tested in my three devices but no 3g network. Even, it is unable on my roof. I contacted the bsnl office he replied that tower is too far to cover the area for 3g network. The specific area is under 2g network only.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @bsn Worst, Pathetic Customer support & BSNL Service Had given Phone (080 29536332) + Bharat Fibre Connection Shifting request in Month of May 2022, the connection has not been shifted yet. Now as part of FIXED CHARGES they have generated a bill.

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate Tried to contact customer care, local vendors many times to resolve the issue but they keep giving me deadlines and no initiation has been done so far. I don't know for what cause the BSNL is taking money from us when they can't even provide smooth surfing.
