@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw In Bhagwangola(Pin-742135) BSNL network does not work during power cut. It is not at all acceptable in 2022. BSNL should maintain proper power backup system for the towers.

@rsprasad @AshwiniVaishnaw Your govt has intentionally ruined BSNL by helping private players to upgrade spectrum. Whereas you are downgrading the quality of service of Bsnl network. Jio, VI and Airtel are going to upgrade to 5G whereas bsnl is struggling with 3G only.

@BSNLCorporate My issue has not been resolved yet …. BSNL providing worst network speed here….they claim to be the best network provider but in reality its been one of the worst network provider, they r extracting bill every month from customers but not providing the facilities
