    @BSNL_KTK Thanks for sharing the above data... But FRC108 is not at all happening, even the BSNL employee tried doing and also tried denomination too... But nothing happened. Pls help.

    @DoT_India Hope it will properly take place. Because of this, as a customer we are unavle to connect with exact bsnl exchange offices. So customer care should provide the all bsnl and mtnl offices contact number to contact if we need to take new broadband connection or any other purpose.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear bsnl what are you doing we opted for bsnl fibre for smooth net experience paid the higher amount than market and still not getting proper service each and every week net stops working for 1 hour sometimes more than that.

    @BSNLCorporate I don't understand whether funds are available or not ,you are not able to return even after 2 years of disconnection ! This is really not the service people expect from BSNL! Can not do anything except wait

    @ViCustomerCare Sorry but your services have degraded consistently since both the companies merged. Frequent call drops, no incoming calls, network busy…you are the modern day BSNL. Humble advise: Don’t sell off your business. Simply pull down the shutter so others don’t suffer.
