    @aigetoachq @BDM_BSNL 1/ Wholeheartedly support the representation submitted by BDM on the DoT OM dated 09.04.2026. Any sincere attempt at HR reform in BSNL must begin with respecting and involving the regular workforce.

    @BSNLCorporate Worst experience, booking ID APP20260417834033, got reply that BSNL FTTH network is not available l . But many users are already using fibre in my area area .Govt employees slacking? Pl escalate to nodal officer.Bsnl employee don't want to work, each time they reject

    Ppl - DON'T TAKE #BSNL connection. It won't work properly. It has lots of issues - Unstable 4G, call forwarding doesn't work in #BSNL, Call to cust care doesn't work. If we raise comp, @BSNLCorporate fellows close it w/o rectifying the prob. They just want salary w/o hard work.💦

    BSNL fibre down for days in Kapileshwar Sthan, Madhubani (Service No: 06271-222166). No one is responding — no customer care, no vendor, no BSNL staff. Absolutely no support. Still paying and forced to spend extra on mobile data. This is unacceptable.

    @bsnl_care The issue is in Bhamroa village, Rampur district. Despite the cables being laid, I am not receiving any help. I spoke with an official at the Rampur office, but they simply gave me excuses and brushed the matter aside. #bsnl @bsnl_care

    @TelecomTalk There comes a day when minimum recharge reaches 500 per month. Then people realise the value of BSNL revival. People get angry on Govt. At that time Govt will come down to improve BSNL network. Hope it’s not too far. Few Industries becoming dominated by only few companies

    @ACTFibernet What's wrong with ACT broadband? Most of the time I have issues. It stopped working today and it has been 1 hour still down We are paying full amount so expecting full service, now a day ACT has become like BSNL, most of the time down.

    @bsnl_care Dear BSNL Care, both complaints D1612137362362 and D1712137718743 have been closed, yet the issue remains unresolved. BSNL FTTH 0186-2990200 at my LPG gas agency is still down for 2 months. Feeling disappointed as consumers are suffering. Request your kind intervention.
