@BSNLCorporate Hi team, This is to bring into your notice that, I am a bsnl fiber user. Since, Wednesday my internet is not working and I have raised several complaints to your customer support. Still haven't received any resolution. Looking forward to your prompt support.

@JioCare Thank you for your advice. I deleted. Don't worry, i already purchased new jio sim. Bsnl customer care service does not exists in reality. They gave some number in their site but that does not work for bsnl sim. It was so pathetic, i call their cc number by using my Airtel sim.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE Internet is not working it's been a month on off on daily basis. Bsnl customer service is not changing my and online only upgrade is available. This is not fair kindly help.

My BSNL account number 9040564186 and plan is Rs.599 + GST which will be Rs.706 but everymonth my invoice is created with Rs. 813.00. Raised a complaint at Perundurai service center multiple times. No actions for the last 10 months. @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate

Today is 13th day and no one from BSNL attended the problem and provided any resolution. The BSNL appointed service man Mr Arun Singh ( Andawa Jhunsi area) also not bothered about the complaint filed
