As customer is God in service sector, you have to work for them tirelessly which BSNL lacked. Now time has changed , you have to work to earn for yourself. Not a big deal if BSNL succumb to it's own pit.

Yesterday, I faced an outage and logged a complaint via their helpline, the problem was resolved within 5 hours. I was surprised by their quick telephonic response and the fast resolution.
