    @dhruv_rathee @AjazkhanActor When BSNL was in full swing, they never bothered customers pain. As customer is God in service sector, you have to work for them tirelessly which BSNL lacked. Now time has changed , you have to work to earn for yourself. Not a big deal if BSNL succumb to it's own pit.

    @rsprasad I had emailed you regarding poor internet services from BSNL, only recd auto generated reply from BSNL for registering complaint. Low bandwidth & frequent disruption of Broadband service are a routine issue here.

    @BSNLCorporate very very poor service your contract worker are not well doing work, Maine 7k per connection BSNL fiber net ke 4 connection lagwane ke liye CSC walo ko 28k diye lekin aj 35 din ho gye hai ab tak net installation nhi hui, hamari koi baat nhi sun raha @ndtvindia

    My bsnl phone not working from last 5 month in zirakpur punjab but bill of 435 raised every month which i have to pay because i have internet on it is it fair , facing big problem due to non working of phone will gov look into the matter can gov phone be suspended for 5 month

    According to you which telecom operator provides best customer service ? . BSNL . JIO . Airtel . vI I have good experience with Airtel rest is pathetic. e.g. yesterday I booked a JIO SIM for Home delivery, Jio person didn't showed up and I called him next day and he said, Bhai aap Jio Store se le lo..     @Airtel_Presence a very dedicated disgusting service team who always fails to resolve issues, sr support promises some resolution the other team denies, the call support team disconnect calls , time to switch to BSNL and go legal... shameless provider

    .@airtelindia recently switched to Airtel. Hope for better network coverage than BSNL, but even it's wifi calling is not working properly at my area. When raised, Airtel said my device doesn't support it. 🙄 Samsung s20 fe 5g inherently supports it. Still Airtel making excuses.

    12/ But the fiscal cost is huge. Analysis shows BSNL spends 4 to 5 times its revenue just on salaries for staff maintaining outdated technology. This is money that could have gone into building a modern 5G network or high-tech manufacturing.

    I am from 713409. At home, Jio network is very poor—call drops, unclear voice, almost no internet. BSNL works better in the same location. At workplace (733134), Jio 5G works well Facing this since 2018 with no resolution Kindly take action. 9239000163 @JioCare @reliancejio
