@BSNLCorporate Sorry for late reply, our BSNL land line services were down since few days, broadband yet is pathetic. BTW since connection of broadband, I have disconnected telephone instrument & never used, hence, not able to comprehend why Rs 30/- for detail landline bill for 02892-262171

I second that. Fed up with #BSNL internet. Moreover, their customer service & online portal are a disgrace to the amount of my tax money that goes in that pit. #shutdownbsnl

Nothing is happening when you start bsnl data. I think now bsnl should close down instead of giving painful and deadly data speed and network. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ @PMOIndia @pmmaharishi @Darpan_dankhara

@BSNLCorporate Sir, I went to Bsnl exchange in Kalyan east and got the sim card after porting request. Now I understand why my Sim is constantly showing showing roaming mode. Network come back at 3pm today. Let's see how long this lasts.

@TOIMumbai My sincere appeal to all Govt and semi govt employees please work very hard and give efficient customer service. Else UR job will be in danger. See what is condition of MTNL, BSNL, Aarey in Mumbai. Post & telegraphs also need to improve service. Specially Pune Post.

@BSNLCorporate Bsnl is forcefully not allowing the customer to port to another operator as they are not providing upc code . I want my upc code or i have to complain to consumer court as they are violating the telecome rule .

@TechDekhoji It has nothing to do with affording a broadband but more of an availability issue. In my town, before JioFiber only BSNL & Airtel was available with some areas not served by both. Even in a big city like Prayagraj, BB/Fiber aren't available everywhere.
