@BSNLCorporate Sorry for late reply, our BSNL land line services were down since few days, broadband yet is pathetic. BTW since connection of broadband, I have disconnected telephone instrument & never used, hence, not able to comprehend why Rs 30/- for detail landline bill for 02892-262171

@Stalwart_Soma Necessary enquiries made into the case by the Bengaluru East Division and it is reported that there was network issues and the same was resolved by the BSNL. Now the post office is working smoothly. Inconvenience caused to you is regretted.

@amazonIN is the next bsnl in making. Customer support made me wait in call for an issue I’ve reported many days back and even reminded two days back. Ultimately they disconnected the call. If there is some other word below pathetic, that’s what Amazon is now.

@BSNLCorporate We have shared application multiple times to nearest BSNL office. Nothing happened till date. If I had to do the same, then I wouldn't have posted the complaint here :(
