@BSNLCorporate Sorry for late reply, our BSNL land line services were down since few days, broadband yet is pathetic. BTW since connection of broadband, I have disconnected telephone instrument & never used, hence, not able to comprehend why Rs 30/- for detail landline bill for 02892-262171

@CGMHRBSNL Respected sir I am having landline 01681246461 since 20 years. Landline is not functioning well. So many time complaints lodged online. But every time digitally deleted without attending complaint. There is no ringtone. No body is listening. Only to pay BSNL. Please help

Hi @BSNL_KTK Our landline is out of order from past one month and even after raising constant complaints no one is taking any action on the issue. My late father was a BSNL employee and when my mother is trying to reach out the office no one is available to look into the issue.
