@BSNLCorporate Sorry for late reply, our BSNL land line services were down since few days, broadband yet is pathetic. BTW since connection of broadband, I have disconnected telephone instrument & never used, hence, not able to comprehend why Rs 30/- for detail landline bill for 02892-262171

@EngrAbuAmmar @bsnl_care Bsnl sims automatically latch to mtnl dolphin network if available if your sim not connecting you don't have to visit any mtnl office just go to aur sim setting and manually select dolphin 3g if available but reality it that dolphin network don't have good indoor coverage

@BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia Took a new #BSNL sim thinking it's back on track but the reality is no network,call drop, 2G data speed pathetic condition in 2025. Also Kolkata #bsnl sim showing roaming when you are in different district of West Bengal state. Is #bsnl divided states into district for roaming.

@EngrAbuAmmar @bsnl_care The reality is quite different. In the past few months, many BSNL/MTNL users have shared that the MTNL Dolphin network’s signal is not available in many a regions of Delhi circle, especially in Gurugram and South Delhi probably due to BTS functionality issues.
