I second that. Fed up with #BSNL internet. Moreover, their customer service & online portal are a disgrace to the amount of my tax money that goes in that pit. #shutdownbsnl

@BSNLCorporate Sorry for late reply, our BSNL land line services were down since few days, broadband yet is pathetic. BTW since connection of broadband, I have disconnected telephone instrument & never used, hence, not able to comprehend why Rs 30/- for detail landline bill for 02892-262171

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD I am trying to call adhar helpline number 1947 from my BSNL sim. BSNL said this number doesn't exist. Other service providers connect the call immediately. Customer care executive told me we have no problem lol. Should I port to private company?

@BSNLCorporate I have now applied for disconnection. 1 day problem can be understood, but4 days without wifi in todays time is too much. Also discontuining other services like landline from BSNL due to extremely poor customer service
