@BSNLCorporate Sorry for late reply, our BSNL land line services were down since few days, broadband yet is pathetic. BTW since connection of broadband, I have disconnected telephone instrument & never used, hence, not able to comprehend why Rs 30/- for detail landline bill for 02892-262171

@AshwiniVaishnaw "SCAM" I think there is scam is running in BSNL, in some recharge BSNL provide Caller tune to customer compulsory and also paying huge amount to compny who provide Caller tune, that is not fair prectis.

Nowadays BSNL 3G network is more faster than Airtel 4G. Useless service by Airtel. There is no customer service and not picking our compliant. I suggest don't go for Airtel. Even they are not connecting calls. I waiting for another 60 days for Port option. #trai #Airtel #scam

@BSNLCorporate I'm facing internet issue since 12-02-2023 registered complain on Sun and again raised issue today 13-02-2023 and was told the issue will be resolved within 24 hrs. But I was amused by seeing message from BSNL that it was reported resolved by field staff, who never came. How?

I am using #BSNL network from past 20 years and wanted to keep my @BSNLCorporate number even though the service is very bad. But had a terrible experience while travelling last week. No service at cities. The connectivity is very poor and most of the time no service at all.
