@BSNL_KTK #bsnl #broadband can you tell me why this ticket is marked as completed 128901091051. The cabling and setup is still pending. Technician went for lunch and never came back for the setup and later evening the ticket was marked as completed.

One thing I oberseved was many people here are still leaving off the grid life. Between ajarle and ladghar there's no jio, airtel or Vodafone signal at all. Most of the locals use bsnl for calling purpose. That's it. And many don't own any vehicle, they commute only via walking.
