    @ApCgm Sir In BSNL many plans are there in Cell and Broadband. Where as other operators have few palns. Like wise, please shorten the plans for customer convenience ..Rajahmundry. #talktocgmbsnlhp

    @kumardinsa @kumardinsa . See customers cant choose BSNL based on patriotism! you need to give proper service too. I understand Govt didnt allow bsnl to get 4G for whatever reason maybe, but you cant provide your existing services properly. No 24*7 customer care + bad behaviour at CSC

    Being fed up with telcos price hike..i switched to BSNL. 1) went to office which was now operated by contractors and felt like going to any other telecom operators and not typical babus of bsnl 2) even got support on non working day by bsnl contractor. #portToBSNL

    Raise voice and get united against the increase of Rate of recharge plan of Jio, Airtel, Vodafone etc mobile networking Company... Avoid all those company. Whereas BSNL is providing more affordable recharge plan. I was also a customer of Jio, Airtel. @reliancejio @airtelindia.

    @BSNLCorporate wrost service , my bsnl landline connection is dead since last 12 days. I have complained many times from line man to SDO but no body is responding me properly from your side. Take action and resolve it on urgent basis , it hampers my work badly. Ramghat,VNS,UP

    @BSNL_KTK worst customer service from bsnl Karnataka. 3days since complaint raised on internet connectivity. No action has been taken. no one bothered to visit. Pathetic customer service.

    @JioCare I am facing the same from 2days and even local jio care office couldn't help me out. If problem not resolved then I will be forced to port to Airtel or BSNL or Vodafone

    @gavad53 Sir/Madam, Due to heavy rain, the underground BSNL cable running from Kattumannarkoil area was highly damaged and the issue was escalated to BSNL authorities on 30.11.2021. Now the network issued has been resolved at Komaratchi SO on 02.12.2021 .
