    @ApCgm Sir In BSNL many plans are there in Cell and Broadband. Where as other operators have few palns. Like wise, please shorten the plans for customer convenience ..Rajahmundry. #talktocgmbsnlhp

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Entire Goa network of bsnl z down due to below reason from bsnl: C1, C2 links are down that cuts Panjim Kolhapur and Panjim Ratnagiri route. Keri Power issues made Goa Belgaon Route down. WTR trying to divert some traffic via Goa Manglore route

    @BSNL_OR Old inverter it's battery backup capacity is very low, maximum 2 hours active . So that needs a high backup inverter. (Like airtel & jio 's backup in our area) BSNL Network signal 📶 Already removed in our area (previous day & today) . But power supply is ok.

    @BSNLCorporate Shame on you, I have called the customer care and asked the procedure to activate eSIM in my phone. You said eSIM service is not available with BSNL yet. Are you living in 1990s ? Please come to 2022. All others are providing this except you. @TRAI

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ I have a Bharat Fiber connection with Internet issues since 10 days. The ONU/ONT PON light keeps blinking.. The ONT/ONU has been changed twice, but the issue keeps repeating. Local BSNL official delegates to LCO. LCO refuses to cooperate.

    don't want to provide a polite CS or for customer themselves? And also reply what is the policy of BSNL on postpaid services that is whether Adhar card is cumpolsury for that which is openly against @indSupremeCourt laid down guidelines. @DoT_India
