  @ApCgm Sir In BSNL many plans are there in Cell and Broadband. Where as other operators have few palns. Like wise, please shorten the plans for customer convenience ..Rajahmundry. #talktocgmbsnlhp

  I m shocked to know that inspite of our request to the high authority of BSNL india level no action has so far been taken yet to resolve our problem for tel no 0291 2613624. The customer service of BSNL is very poor. @CMDBSNL

  @BSNL_OR I am very disappointed to see this kind of service. I have visited numerous times to the bsnl telephone exchange but none of them are responding yet. I also discussed with BSNL JTO, Sunabeda, dist. Koraput, Odisha. But there is no response from there too.

  @BSNLCorporate Everything is falling on your deaf ears...Now only option is to complaint to minstry of communications. Total deficiency in service BSNL NW. May be after complaint to minstry of communications you may wake up? Be happy with complaint to minstry. You don't value customer at all .
