@ApCgm Sir In BSNL many plans are there in Cell and Broadband. Where as other operators have few palns. Like wise, please shorten the plans for customer convenience ..Rajahmundry. #talktocgmbsnlhp

@bsnl_care DND service is not working in BSNL. I even called ur call center to register for the same which they did by giving a reference number. But later I got a SMS saying you are not able to complete the request. When are you going to fix this?

@SandeepJakharpb The areas that were designated for planting trees near the BSNL exchange are now under the unauthorized occupation of cart vendors. These issues, along with several other problems, are arising again.

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @TRAI Same problem is happening. Network suddenly goes. My complaint with docket number F261448230966 got closed without solving the problem. The cc number from which I received a call 08022356989 is not working. Really disappointing service from BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate Hello, I have recently purchased new bsnl prepaid sim and paid 300 Rs for recharge and activation of bsnl sim at bsnl office.Its been 5 days and the number is still not active,I am not able to make any call , customer care on 18001801503 is also not working.

It wasn’t just about speed. It was about experience. Long hold times, outdated systems, and the ghost of monopoly-era service haunted its customer support. In a world now run by mobile apps, MTNL was still answering complaint calls the old-fashioned way. Sometimes, not even that. And yes, on somewhat similar lines was the case with BSNL too. But the technology delay was just one part of the story. The deeper rot lay in the balance sheet. Decades of being overstaffed had left MTNL bloated.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Incessant false advertisements that Airtel is the fastest and ‘seamless network’ catapulted Airtel as one of the biggest mobile service provider. In reality, it has 3rd grade service and terrible network. I have to depend on BSNL broadband .
