    @ApCgm Sir In BSNL many plans are there in Cell and Broadband. Where as other operators have few palns. Like wise, please shorten the plans for customer convenience ..Rajahmundry. #talktocgmbsnlhp

    @BSNLCorporate Who is the concerned account officer? That is what I am asking. Pls share a contact from Bsnl Bangalore who will respond and do the needful. Pls understand general statement like "find someone and contact" will not solve the issue. This just looks like delaying resolution at best

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @CMDBSNL I had not yet received Security refund of my LL No. 01992-277471. Document No. 1900140472 is yet to be cleared from BSNL Circle office Jammu Bahu Plaza. I had Contacted circle Accounts officer also but still yet no resolution. Awaiting for my refund of security.

    @cgm_mh_bsnl I raised the complaint about the erratic bill on 8th may 2021 to BSNL customer care and through the mail on 10th May 2021 (Complaint no. E0801000495) due to wrong information given by customer care executive but no response was given.
