    @ApCgm Sir In BSNL many plans are there in Cell and Broadband. Where as other operators have few palns. Like wise, please shorten the plans for customer convenience ..Rajahmundry. #talktocgmbsnlhp

    @BSNLCorporate I've FTTH connection 0551-2980561. It was not working from last week of January 2022, despite complaints we were not contacted by BSNL. Submitted surrender application on 26 march Request you to kindly cut my FTTH connection and refund my security deposit of ₹ 500

    franchise person Meraj, then only the security deposit would be refunded after 30 days.  This is unjustified since the service provider is BSNL, so why would a customer has to deal with a third party person living in a far off place Deoria.

    @Airtel_Presence Dear @airtel I have visited Airtel store at Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore. staff was very rude I think they need training refresher on "how to treat customers well?" Airtel store was giving me a feel of BSNL office. Anyways issues is sorted with frustration. Phew!

    @AjayDevgotra @divya_jyoti900 Not at all...government is not selling merged entity...as per new PSE policy...merger will happen in strategic unit & rest will privatised... Telecom is strategic sector like Defence, Banking,Power .Government should merged & retain BSNL+BBNL+ITI+CDoT with Indeginious network.

    @TRAI @BSNLCorporate After given full recharge value money no internet connectivity after 3 days. Are bsnl given me extra 3 days recharge validity? If no tell me why???? #BSNL NETWORK PROBLEM

    BSNL internet is very slow at my location. Few days back I twitted regarding this. And they asked me to share my location to them through DM. After that they haven't responded to me. . And there is no improvement in my internet speed. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND

    @BSNL_KL Not just mine, but my family member's who's also is BSNL, so I can't even use theirs. It's an all-round wreck. And I've complained multiple times. But nooooooo, wait for next month to bring back the bad internet connection again. Waste of money. 🙄

    @BSNLCorporate I have a FTTH connection 0551-2980561 since July 2020. It was not working from last week of January 2022, despite many complaints we were not contacted by BSNL. Later on 26 March 2022 I went to BSNL office, Civil Lines, Gorakhpur to surrender my FTTH connection.
