    @ApCgm Sir In BSNL many plans are there in Cell and Broadband. Where as other operators have few palns. Like wise, please shorten the plans for customer convenience ..Rajahmundry. #talktocgmbsnlhp

    @SmilingRancho @AshwiniVaishnaw Also, their billing system is the worst! After paying broadband bill, other ISPs update under 24 hours, bsnl will always take more than 24 hours, more so if you've not paid the bill from their own website! BSNL doesn't care at all about the end user experience!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am looking for jio broadband since 6 months in my area. It's available at the other side of my home and working properly.Other broadband network like Airtel,BSNL,excitel and other available in my area.That shows us that company is not working well.

    At the time of connection I gave 3200 as Modem charges for which they told half amount will be refundable, but today I got refund of 1000, when I contacted the vendor he was so rude and saying like BSNL charges this amount and give only 1000 in refund.

    @BSNL_AS My location and we are using bsnl 4g it shouldn't have internet problem please resolve the problem
