@Raiajit17 @Srikanth4Bharat @satishacharya Why no 4G spectrum given to BSNL by the government, why are their employees forced to leave job and given VRS? Isn't Reliance planning to take-over BSNL by reducing its market value and cutting down the cost by sacking the employees and paying through the tax-payers money?

@DrPramodPSawant We had a landline which never work properly but paid full bills then I had BSNL mobile which had 1 of the worst network ever. I bear all this bec I love India.

@BSNLCorporate Was forced to switch from bsnl broadband to Bharat FTTH with promise of a better connection & faster speed. But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

@AmitKumBls @BSNLCorporate BSNL FTTH is best which is outsourced. What about landline service which we were using for last 25 years, they don’t attend complaints of land line. I am using BSNL mobile which is 3G, private operators are offering 4G and shortly they will offer 5G,BSNL has no access to 4/5G

@BSNLCorporate I'm complaining about this theft. Just inquire about his mistake why it's difficult for customer to close the bsnl connection.even after giving lot of reminders not closed the connection where as I left the place long back it reached to threshold and then ceased my deposit.

@BSNLCorporate In the age of 5G it's strange that a city like Kolkata is not even supporting 4G connectivity!Also why do we have to keep moving to certain "spots" in the house to get a good network strength from BSNL whereas Jio and Airtel are working flawlessly in the same house

@AshwiniVaishnaw Happy Ganesh Chaturthi to you Sir. Sir do something in setting BSNL and it's employes. They are not doing customer service.A lot of tweets against BSNL. My telephone 0674-2371008 is dead for more than 12days. BSNL sends msg as resolved while the phone is still dead.

@BSNL_KOTD I'm presently in Kolkata and your network here is absolutely horrendous! Why so? All other networks are providing 4G connectivity but from BSNL I'm getting 2G most of the time or 3G only when I change my Network Preference! Please look into the matter and fix it ASAP!
