@BSNLCorporate The citynet service broadband has installed the air fibre and the authorization has been given by bsnl.....they are not done the proper installation and now they are not receiving any calls

@BSNLCorporate Sorry I have ported out to Jio because I don't think anyone is going to listen my compliant regarding network in BSNL. It's better to port out from BSNL.

@ViCustomerCare I had made a fresh complaint regarding voice quality. Engineers solved the problem they said, but I see no difference. Poor quality of voice. BSNL and WhatsApp Calls are doing faaaar better. What do your engineers actually do?

Hi team, My bsnl broadband number 05871 235407. I have submitted an application to disconnect my connection in Feb 2021 all dues been cleared by Feb and mont on month my bill is generated today also I received my bill local exchange is not helping please look into the issue.
