@CMDBSNL Sir, It seems if an issue in Bsnl Fiber is escalated to your good self, the Bsnl service person would disconnect the broadband service. Kindly direct them to provide uninterrupted service or let us know so that we can get connected with other service providers.

@BSNL_UPW my mobile no 9412224604 not having network since 10 jul 21.i have called so many time to bsnl but still today no solution.wrost service by bsnl.this is the reason people leaving bsnl .ghatiya bsnl ghtaiya service.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK evn though u r well aware tht many r quitting BSNL LANDLINE, it seems like u r not interested in provideing services for existing users. It's been a MONTH since I raised complaint for dead phone,No action taken til now. #BSNL

@BSNLCorporate So small rains for 10 mns and Bsnl broadband is gone. After repeatedly calling messages no action whatsoever ever.. its been more than 6 to 7 hrs. This is the kind of service they provide. Pathetic

@geekyranjit And then there's my bsnl fiber. Randomly gets down and gets up again when i Restart the network. Have registered 1000+ complaints still the same. I live in an area where i only can have bsnl. Jio fiber is coming soon but not yet. Am so angry yet so calm. Cz i cant do anything 😌
