All Fin.Activity depend upon OTP.But the response over ‘X’by BSNL seems as they are much anxious than the sufferer customers. No eyewash more please

Siliguri BSNL office refused SIM replacement cause Aadhaar biometric is locked and OTP cannot be received due to dead SIM. Kindly help with manual verification/reissue urgently.

Inderjeet Kumar (@Inderjeetkumar_) reported@bsnl_care However,when I contacted another BSNL staff member regarding my reserved number and SIM issue,I was told “main kuchh nahi kar sakta” and “main tumko pahchaan nahi raha hu.” This is very unprofessional and confusing for customers.Kindly provide proper support and clear resolution.
