    @nsitharaman Ma'am previously please give us 4G service of BSNL (atleast uninterrupted 3G service of BSNL)for our district.And then we can shift to 5G. #Budget2022 Please completely use and distribute available previous facilities equally to all districts @AshwiniVaishnaw sir FYI

    I get back this thanks. I can't even get continuous 3g in my home. Not able to use in Perambalur. Only big cities like Chennai,Tirchy ,Coimbatore only has 4G it seems(information From customer care of BSNL)

But many users are already using fibre in my area area .Govt employees slacking? Pl escalate to nodal officer.Bsnl employee don't want to work, each time they reject

    @TelecomTalk They should make a proposal to cancel validity in data packs even in bsnl validity is there..can't afford to recharge for 300 again if the cheapest 8gb data gets over..

    Called customer care 10+ times but no resolution. Visited BSNL office in Karad (Satara), they said my SIM is from MP circle and I must go there. Is it practical to travel to another state for this issue?
