@nsitharaman Ma'am previously please give us 4G service of BSNL (atleast uninterrupted 3G service of BSNL)for our district.And then we can shift to 5G. #Budget2022 Please completely use and distribute available previous facilities equally to all districts @AshwiniVaishnaw sir FYI

I get back this thanks. I can't even get continuous 3g in my home. Not able to use in Perambalur. Only big cities like Chennai,Tirchy ,Coimbatore only has 4G it seems(information From customer care of BSNL)

Dear, @BSNL_BR bought 4g sim card, SMS not working on 5G smartphone try to call customer support but hard to connect, only automatic voice, Try to find out solution on web doesn't work!! Need aggressive upgrade in your customer support system!! @BSNLCorporate #4G #BSNL

BSNL Team, I have surrendered my landline connection 0251-2694735 on JANUARY 2022 with necessary documents at BSNL exchange/customer care center at BADLAPUR EAST MIDC and further sent all required details and documents online to Accounts officer, BSNL, office BADLAPUR.

@BSNL_KOTD bsnl shoud start lapu load puchase through upi that will help retailer to get lapu balance. because when customer come to retailer they don't have recharge balance that's why bsnl customers are moving to another telecom company.bsnl should work on lapu purchase by app

@cgm_mh_bsnl Sir, my office landline number 0253-2353251 is dead since more than a month. I made n number of complaints both online offline to no avail. My business has suffered a lot financially in the last month due to BSNL poor service. Please look into this matter.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW called multiple times to BSNL customer care toll free numbers, they put me in another direction but no one was registering my complaint. This is too much, nothing serious in bsnl, they are not able to provide good service nor care for cust complaints.(2)

@pmgowda1 Sir/Madam, Please check the SIM card in a different handset or try to select the network manually. If the issue is not resolved, please visit nearest BSNL CSC for faulty SIM replacement.

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle I recharged one year plan, still I am having 2 months validity, bsnl stopped my service and asking to recharge again. Please respond as I've been requesting you people from many days.
