@BSNLCorporate no bsnl 3G signal at RK nagar, Patna, back of lp shahi college ,800027. Also 2G signal is too weak to take calls.unable to even call,This issue from 7 july onwards. Kindly solve the issue . This problem started after rain . Kindly solve.

If #BSNL forcefully closed down by @narendramodi govt than it will officially known how Ambani got favored. BSNL must be revived if we have any kind of shame left. Though I know BSNL have its own problems too, at this time of crisis they need revival as any cost. @rsprasad !!

In short #PatnaRains Never seen such continuous rains for over 48 hours in my life. Patna is under unprecedented rains and flood. Everyone's home, roads are empty, severe water logging. Rail, road movement affected. Power disruption continues. and BSNL is down.

Your open network is in air, not for customers, which you're claiming. I am done with you, last few days with Airtel, going with some other service providers, may be with BSNL, which has 3G services better than yours 4G.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Dear sir, 15th Aug being a holiday for everyone, it is extremely important that the broad band Bsnl service remains uninterrupted. It isnt a matter of 1 or 2 hrs but a good 9 hrs have passed since i raised a complaint and no one from @BSNL_KL has fixed it.

I called BSNL customer care and explained him the issue. He says we get lot of calls like this and our duty is to explain customers. When I asked how to get the content updated in a customer friendly manner, he asked to speak to his TL. Guess TL said end the call 🙏
