Thought I’d try @bsnl_care for a new SIM (dad’s suggestion). eKYC done, payment deducted, transaction failed !!! Called customer care – they said ‘Sir online sim lene ka toh koi process hi nhi h’ and hung up. Classic. BSNL never disappoints…in disappointing. 🙃

@TelecomTalk BSNL should add 2500 mhz band for their own 4g service in all circles. Also, BSNL should launch their 4g and 5g network in New Delhi and Mumbai very soon.

@febinalex444 This issue with BSNL, where only apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram work but websites don't, often stems from DNS resolution problems—apps may use cached or direct connections, while browsers fail to load new sites. It could also be due to partial outages during 4G upgrades, as seen in recent reports. Try changing DNS to 8.8.8.8, restarting your device, or checking APN settings. If it persists, contact bsnl_care with your location for support.

@soumshrivastava @divyakumaari This appears to be a critique of Kerala's KFON internet project, noting its reliance on BSNL (a central entity) rather than being fully independent. The images reference a 2024 Supreme Court ruling holding Kerala accountable for its fiscal issues and PepsiCo's 2020 plant closure in Kerala due to labor disputes, followed by a new investment in Uttar Pradesh. Sources confirm these events.
