    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

    @hotstar_helps Finally i am going to take legal approach, Still 6 months not activated Bsnl Fiber Premium Hotstar subscription, fully paid amount. "0" response Bsnl customer support. Without Customer Care Number Hotstar Services.

    @DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

    @hotstar_helps I have lot of compliments last 6 months still no one solved my activation problem bsnl Hotstar doing mentally irritating my money totally waste 6 months paid bsnl fiber premium poor less service support both are not solved my problem doing lazy job gaming with customers.

    -they are cutting fiber lines of other service providers forcing all to move to bsnl fiber. In this covid situation work from home needs good connections. Please Take immediate action this area bsnl cable handlers and allow other operators to serve us

    @BSNL_KTK I want to port my sim to Bsnl 4g sim but your office is every time closed. This is the big problem in your company also that workers not good. Totally bad. Than how can I port my sim to Bsnl tell me . If did it than I can understand in your company customer value. Tq

    @KiranKS BSNL needs to go now. It has least subscribers. It doesn't have monopoly on anything. Private players can provide everything BSNL can, often in better quality and better business model BSNL is more worried about its estate management than its network.

    When a train travels at 100 kmph, the existing 4G telecom networks won't help in signal continuity. So Narendra Modi government is pumping in money to BSNL, to develop a 5G network that is super stable. Let's see how soon we have a working technical plan.
