    @hotstar_helps I have lot of compliments last 6 months still no one solved my activation problem bsnl Hotstar doing mentally irritating my money totally waste 6 months paid bsnl fiber premium poor less service support both are not solved my problem doing lazy job gaming with customers.

    -they are cutting fiber lines of other service providers forcing all to move to bsnl fiber. In this covid situation work from home needs good connections. Please Take immediate action this area bsnl cable handlers and allow other operators to serve us

    @DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

    @BSNL_BIHAR Following up on my network complaint from Bhagalpur, Bihar. The core issue is the lack of proper infrastructure. Unlike private telecom companies that have extensive tower coverage, BSNL's few towers result in weak signals and extremely slow internet speeds.

    @TG_TriGany Both bands are good 700mhz is great for indoor coverage and 2100mhz band is good for capacity but the problem is BSNL is providing 4G service in just 5mhz spectrum of this band which is not sufficient at all it should be atleast 15mhz

    Port out my main number from BSNL to airtel but nothing improved your service quality and customer support I think I should port my 2nd BSNL prepaid number to other operator Received international number is +33 6 47 58 13 65 And I think already DND is active on my BSNL number

    @TG_TriGany I don't care anymore which band they use now.I ported to bsnl 90 days back from jio because I don't use much internet outside home/office but I di not know which band they use my mobile support band 28a but bsnl use band 28b in my area.coud not use internet but now ported to jio
