    BSNL broadband at mithapur Gujarat 361345 frequently stay stopped. Nor it is bringing Bharat fibre, nor Airtel, Jio, Vodafone broadband coming. Very poor network, of all mobiles n BSNL broadband stays stopped almost. This region being deprived of this internet facility.

    @BSNL_AS Speed is so slow that i am unable to play YouTube. Kindly get it fixed, i have to recharge JIO every alternate month.. If this continues i will be left with no option other than switching from bsnl to other network provider...

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal so heavy Call Drops. Even when I am With Your Customer care two times call drops. Hell your services. Data Speed Slow / call Drops / Network going up and dwon. Your company similar to bsnl and idea

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Got BSNL FTTH connection last week. No internet for 3 days in this 1 week. Pathetic service. Is this proves BSNL won't improve ever? My Billing AC no. is 9040116157. If you can't fix this issue refund my full amount (3000 paid to franchise+3000 for router)

    @BSNLCorporate I would like to downgrade my existing BSNL FTTH plan but there is no option to downgrade on the portal of BSNL Selfcare. I just can't go the office. Any help??

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I recharged my bsnl number , the amount got deducted from the account but the recharge was successful but the service provider is still saying “insufficient balance” seems amount deducted recharge couldn’t be processed, please refund the deducted amount asap!!

    @sandeepraj92 It may take 7 more days to get resolved. There is issue with BSNL porting servers since 27 april 2021.
