    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

    @DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

    @CAChirag Then how will poor people have access to the internet? In rural and remote areas, private companies don't provide service. Have you ever visited tribal villages of central India? Please do. Only BSNL has service there

    @IndranilKhan @narendramodi BSNL should be privatised immediately. Nothing will improve, just like Air India. Even after another 10 yrs, it will have to be ultimately sold. The employees are absolutely crap, laid back and just don't bother about country or citizens. Just like all Nationalised banks.

    @Skh27 @puneet BSNL needs the network of towers for its 4G upgrades ... This needs money ...once the infra is in place , it's pretty robust Normally I would say tax payers money to make it asset heavy and sell for a penny But I believe telecom is vital for internal security

    @TanaysinghT BSNL's earned Govt. much more than this amount before private players. When private players pay funds for party for elections, that party in return benefits private player by making rules that prohibit BSNL to take part in 4G/5G auctions. BSNL is service oriented, not profit

    @AbhinavAgarwal goi may want to avoid a reliance airtel duopoly as vodafone is dying. it'd be better to just give BSNL for re. 1 to adani on condition they roll out a national network. and allow them to VRS/terminate broadly. the old 'phone company' attitude and antiquated equipment = sunk cost.

    @kadak_chai_ BSNL came as saviour portable network for me after ditching Jio 4G due to it's instability & getting Airtel Fibernet at home. I already had BSNL CUG plan with 15gb data, 11hrs talktime, unlimited talktime with family CUG, 250sms everything p/month all these for just 321₹ p/year.

    @rajnathsingh @narendramodi What about those corrupt employees who are under bsnl payroll but work for private players. And those lazy who deteriorate quality of everything forcing customers to switch to private. Those who deliberately put services down to help private cos.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi There is no point in funding 1.64 lakh crores to BSNL without improving the network. When Jio can give good service with lots of freebies why not BSNL atleast good service? Many people have surrendered the BSNL landlines because of worst service
