    @DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

    -they are cutting fiber lines of other service providers forcing all to move to bsnl fiber. In this covid situation work from home needs good connections. Please Take immediate action this area bsnl cable handlers and allow other operators to serve us

    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl Fibre was installed in my home on October 2022 and i paid for 6 months in advance . But now after three months , a new bill has been generated and i am asked to pay again for this . Even after frequent complaints , nothing has been done . Kindly help .
