    @BSNL_BR Sir, If this is the case that i need to visit BSNL office and get it done. I think there is no need of taking online request and giving customer the assurance that lineman will call us to get it installed. Thanks for your valuable response. I will contact BSNL office.

    @jagograhakjago Dear Sir, I am utpal dey, 8286357199 is my mobile no. Previously it was in Airtel network, on 31-10-2020 it was posted out from Airtel to bsnl. Around feb 2021 it was deactivated. I contacted with both service providers, but both of team blame to each other .

    @BSNL_KTK I am facing network problem and bsnl is not even replying me I have rc365 1year validity pack or else I would have ported to Airtel or jio what a dummy network & Customer care. Who dont even reply you get salary because we rc monthly.

    I applied for FTTH connection on 31 may 21 nd got registered still i am waiting for installation. Such kind of poor services offered by bsnl. Allredy @BSNLCorporate ask me for contact no for escalation, already provided but no action till now,
