@BSNL_PB Maintaining BSNL mobile number, but internet works negligible. Lodged complaint none bothered. I discontinued my land line 01752362614 since long, but no refund of security. Though I want to continue with BSNL, but what to do?

I am try to downgrade my bsnl fiber plan but from past 10 15 days I am struggling to do so. I called customer care , dy r telling me to check on self care which I did but there is no option of downgrading the plan. Pl chk it ASAP @BSNLCorporate and kindly do the needful.
