@BSNLCorporate Sir/Mam, BSNL had proposd me to go 4 FTTH conn.I had submited the appli on 15/06/21.Modem installed on 22/06/21, but still stable conection not given. Cancld exis conn also.Poor level of service from BSNL and Contractor. Fed up.Kids can't atnd onl class @cgmbsnlkerala @BSNL_KL

Hi @TRAI @DoT_India my bsnl landline number 04142213583. Am using bsnl fibernet for the past years and for the last few months the internet speed is less than 1mbps. I raised a complaint to the team and it's all about 3 months no response form their side. (1/n)

@airtelindia Airtel fibre's customer service is worst then Bsnl.More than a week before ,I complained for internet not running properly in my office.Still no one came to solve this.When I go to airtel store, they also denied to do the same.before&after install attitude is changed
