    @BSNLCorporate Dear Bsnl Team, With reference to my previous call with customer care agents on my network issue they are very rude and use abusive language. They need to know about customer service first. I am very unhappy about the service provided by the agents to whom I spoke last time.

    My BSNL fiber(06755296097) - odisha is very slow from last 2 days. I have given endless complaints since then. Even I talked to ftth administrative officer sushil panda, also in vein. I am not sure why this officers are so arrogant. Are they above us all? @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL you have good technology but you don't have good customer care team. I think you should bring some top customer head from private corporate who reviews the number of calls. I had filled forms multiple times for new bsnl but no luck.

    I am up for a better service. Since I am paying for it, doesn't really matter who is providing it, private or public (govt). I would prefer a prompt swift #airtel or #jio over #bsnl .
