  @Naman_BKN @pravesh814 They are engineers and technician.... Visit to any BSNL office you will get to know... For Landline 5k Extra money , if landline dead then min 5 to 10 days... That too after requesting Lineman....Giving 100 200 bucks... The Burecratic approach to treat customer killed BSNL

  @BSNL_KOTD Prompt action?..last year it was restored after 8 month..this year already 3 months out of order..and your bsnl send bill for each month..your customer care entrusted duty repeatedly to one Ganesh Das who retired in the year 2019... If required I shall produce all screenshot.

  why BSNL Customer executive never attend call, People say support BSNL. But behavior & service of BSNL say, leave and stay away from BSNL. I have call many times to BSNL customer service center but not a single time they attempt my call from last #BSNL #ravishankarprasad
