But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

What about landline service which we were using for last 25 years, they don’t attend complaints of land line. I am using BSNL mobile which is 3G, private operators are offering 4G and shortly they will offer 5G,BSNL has no access to 4/5G

Calls get disconnected, and we're unable to make or receive calls. There are constant network issues in Lingampet Mandal, Kamareddy district. Will you fix this problem after another decade? It's been happening for years. Is this the service we should expect? Many BSNL customers, including my parents, are now thinking of porting to another network. When I called for support, I was told to visit nearest BSNL office, which is 45 km away from my home. There is no proper customer care to resolve the issue
