From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Internet down, call technician, fixed in 10 mins unless any maintenance issue. If not fixed, directly call JE or AE, they'll get it fixed immediately. Once for an issue, JE, AE and 3 technicians came home to check.
