Neeraj Agarwal (@taxpayer1978) reported@bsnl_care I was using BSNL previously, but the internet was always in ICU. The customer care is also usless. Even to cancel the connection, i had to run to BSNL office twice, with ancient methods of writing letters, and waiting in queue just to pay outstanding amount and return the modem. Even after cancelling, the bills came to me for a few months, until I went to BSNL and made a ruckus out of the useless processes. Then I let go BSNL for good. You have a great reach in India, but very poor systems & processes. World will not wait. You need to catch up. Thank you for your message though. Very kind of you.

Moreover, BSNL Delhi network remains yet to be compatible with iPhone & compatibility is restricted to a few Android models.

Once my friend in rural kolhapur had a BSNL connection, his connection went dead for some reason. The guys couldn't fix it and then told him to get it fixed himself.
