  @diamond_girrll @airtelindia there are only three service providers in India, i.e. Airtel, Jio and Vodafone. trust me all the three are the same when it comes to service and consumer satisfaction. Also Network of BSNL is good it seems in villages but metro it is pathetic. @DoT_India needs to look here

  @BSNLCorporate We don't switch to other network coz we want to be with BSNL in this situation.We don't want 4G services but atleast we need good 3g services.

  @BSNLCorporate Coz of such responses & support bsnl will never grow. When the information can be given straight forward here, u want to harass customers by visiting ur offices which r equally disappointed.

  @tesoro_arch They have gr8 market share over cable connections thru Sun DTH...this guy also used BSNL like his personal property from 2004-08 & created so much loss..Atleast his father never used to do this. Was always anti Congress

  @BSNLCorporate Please confirm when 4G/5G will launch in Tamilnadu (Dindigul - Palani Rural) area. Now days getting poor coverage in 2G/3G and not able continue it. Want to be with BSNL, Waiting for your response for further plan.

  @BigBazaar @CAGChennai Dear Madam, Thanks for solving the BSNL issue. I have a pending issue with Big Bazaar & they are reluctant to solve the issue. Inspite of frequent reminders they are not bothered. Without buying a product, your amount is gone, how can such corporate policies approved.
