Kindly note that for BSNL MNP (Mobile Number Portability), physical KYC verification at the nearest BSNL CSC is mandatory as per telecom regulations, and doorstep SIM delivery is not applicable in MNP cases.   @agrawalmanindra @ni5arga By this logic, I get 10–12 spam calls daily on my mobile, many of them sounding very genuine. So shall we ban Jio, Airtel, Vi and BSNL too, Director Sahib? The real issue is weak exam credibility, not the app used to expose the panic.

  @BSNLCorporate All public sector banks has removed bsnl network from their system because of poor support, no accountability. Corporate business needs 100% availability which bsnl lags.
