    1/n Its been 3 days since my BSNL fibernet isn't working. It has been LOS and is blinking red continually. I have registered complaints through your customer care executive starting from 28 itself and nothing has been mended till now. @BSNLCorporate

    2/n On 29th, I had twice got SMS from BSNL that my complaint has been resolved but nothing had been done. After which I re-registered complaint through your customer care executive. Every time they assure that in the next 24 hrs the issue has been resolved @BSNLCorporate

    @YusufDFI Not entirely true. Before RCom launches Mobile , Airtel & MTNL, BSNL etc used to charge Rs 18/-minute for outgoing & Rs 7-8/- for incoming. In a revenue share model. Present mess is mainly due to AGR dues which telcos didn’t provide in books. No denying multiple fees a problem.

    @ODISHABSNL I rcvd sms that my BSNL no.0674-2915501 account number - 3008255418 has been commissioned on 27-Aug but practically there is connection. Request immediate action to rectify this action of commissioning on paper else we will have to take the support of consumer court.

    @reliancejio Please don't go for jio fiber . They are simply showing their attitude. Go for airtel ,bsnl , Excell broadband bit not jio . This is genuine review . Worst service .

    4/n The BSNL TIP private vendor through which I had taken my BharatFiber connection is terrible&dosen't has the etiquette to talk.Usually he never picks up the call&if by chance he picks up,he blatantly says "Madam,abhi mera working hr ni hai,abhi baat ni karenge" @BSNLCorporate
